l'appartement est très chouette et très cosy, bien décoré. je rejoins les autres locataires : c'est très bruyant dehors la nuit, même avec des boules quiès. néanmoins l'emplacement est super, le bâtiment est neuf, l'appartement est très propre, la douche est top le prix est un peu élevé mais on a réservé en dernière minute donc c'est peut-être dû à cela. un grand merci !!!

El alojamiento está en un bello entorno, muy bien comunicado y abastecido. cuenta con todos los servicios y elementos domésticos necesarios, así como fue entregado muy limpio y bien decorado; es luminoso, amplio y funcional. Patrick y su esposa fueron muy serviciales y comprensivos (nuestro arribo se retrasó tres horas más de lo previsto por demoras de vuelo). Estuvieron atentos a todas nuestras necesidades y consultas (nos facilitaron cuna y silla alta para bebés). Ellos, en lo personal, son muy cálidos y simpáticos. Muy recomendable para familias con niños pues el departamento es seguro y funcional.

Es war rundum gelungen. Die Gastgeberin ist schnell und sehr gastfreundlich. Obwohl das appartement in einer sehr lebendigen tollen Gegend liegt, findet man seine Ruhe im appartement. Der Swimmingpool trägt dann sehr zur Erfrischung bei.

After being overcharged 30 Euros by a deceitful taxi driver who took us from the airport to the apartment, (the ride should be only 9 euros but he told us we had no choice but to pay him 30 extra when we arrived- all Bolt drivers told us a ride is 9 euros, he took advantage of us) the host opened the door for us at midnight and explained how everything worked in the apartment. It’s small but we enjoyed having the master bedroom on the main floor and the teenagers their twin beds upstairs. No hotel has that. There is a good supermarket next door. Lots of affordable and delicious restaurants and a laundromat nearby too. We used Bolt wherever we went for three days. Even to Sintra. Very affordable. Our teens liked the apartment WiFi speed, lol. The room upstairs has no darkening curtains so bring your sleep mask if morning light wakes you up. The master bedroom is dark and cozy all night. No noises. Overall we loved it.

André was an excellent host. He helped us with an early check-in. He also responded very fast to replace a damaged light. The apartment was comfortable, and it was very close to the metro

We had an amazing stay with my family. It’s a beautiful quiet location. There’s a beautiful pool and very close to the beach. Perfect for families. The restaurants are fantastic and there’s lots to do. Lisbon is really close and has a variety of museums to keep the kids busy. The whole team are super lovely and helpful and always happy to help. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much. A special thank you also to Maria who really looked after us.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Lisbonne grâce à Clara . Son appartement est très bien situé dans une rue très calme et dans un quartier populaire avec toutes les commodités et le métro "Rato "à proximité . Clara est une hôte très disponible et super sympa qui nous a très bien accueilli. elle nous a laissé des pasteis de nata à notre arrivée (( les meilleurs de Lisbonne à la " PASTELLERIA 1800) et elle nous a indiqué tous les bons plans pour se restaurer ou pour les visites . Son appartement est très bien agencé et joliment décoré avec goût . Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir sans hésiter :)

We had an incredible stay, thank you Catarina! The place is very quiet - we stayed during Lisbon's saint's festival which was very busy right outside but somehow still quiet in the apartment. The electric blinds are great for locking out noise and light + the apartment is hidden on a hill away from the street. The outdoor space & pool was ideal for us too. The location is great and the indoors was very nice, spacious and clean. We would love to stay again. Catarina's communication was excellent and we were allowed to check out a little late to accommodate our flights. She also provided a cot and high chair for our baby. Highly recommend!

Apartamento muito acolhedor. Espaço impecavelmente limpo e com tudo o que era preciso. O contacto foi direto com a D. Sidónia que se mostrou muito prestável, muito atenciosa e muito simpática. Muito próximo da praia, apesar que com um bebé, ir de carro é mais cómodo visto que o apartamento se encontra numa zona mais alta. Piscina em muito boas condições, com espreguiçadeiras disponíveis e muito calma. Noites tranquilas sem barulho no edifício.

Lovely stay. Sonia met us on arrival And was very helpful checking us in. Apartment had a lovely view. Was a steep walk back from the beach but we didn’t mind this but just keep in mind. There are some great restaurants near by. We reccomend tacos pexito for a chilled lunch, and Casa Mateus or O bagel for dinner. Look forward to visiting again. Thanks

This was our second time staying in sesimbra, it's a beautiful town, beautiful. beach and lots of lovely local restaurants. we were delighted with the apartment, spacious bedrooms, and living area. The pool is super and the games room a great asset. Only small criticism is the kitchen would benefit from better/fresh cleaning products, the sponges were old/used sweeping brush wasn't great, and the hoover was low performing. We like to keep the house clean each day. Everything else about the apartment is super, lots of towels, big tv, great wifi. We would recommend!

This was our last stop in our 2 week journey through Portugal. It was a quick 10 min ride to the airport in the morning to catch our early flight. The unit was luxurious and the value is great. It would be an arm and a leg in the US. Train is a quick ride into old Lisbon. Host provided clear instructions. The parking garage was a big plus for our rental. Took a nice stroll to the soccer stadium and kids enjoyed the park in the building grounds.

Very large apartment. Three good size bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice high ceilings and good kitchen. Colombo mall is 15min walk and has everything in terms of shopping and restaurants. 5euro with uber and groceries. And 10euro to Lisbon central so quite easy to get around. Even took an uber to Sintra 20euro/30minutes.

Beautiful views from the apartment, very clean and has everything you need. Really comfortable apartment, Luis and Sidonia are really helpful. definitely would recommend.

A casa é lindíssima, tudo funciona perfeitamente bem. Tivemos apenas um problema, no último dia a água quente falhou e não voltou até nossa saída. Infelizmente neste dia o host não respondeu prontamente como de costume e a solução apresentada não funcionou. Porém considerei esse problema algo pontual, uma vez que a casa era maravilhosa e tudo funcionou muito bem. Portanto creio que tenha sido uma situação isolada e não deixei que isso influenciasse no mew review no geral. Recomendo a casa e voltaria tranquilamente. Tudo foi muito bem apresentado, a casa é moderna, super limpa, banheiro excelente, chuveiro perfeito, meus passageiros amaram.

Stayed here for a work trip and it was spot on. We were looking for a place with separate bathrooms and this one nailed it - super convenient. The space was clean, comfy, and made the whole trip way easier. Would definitely stay again if we’re back in the area.

Tolle Unterkunft für Unternehmungen um Lissabon. Magda war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen weitergeholfen. Die Tiere auf dem Bauernhof haben unseren Kindern besonders gefallen. Somit eine klare Weiterempfehlung

Fiz a reserva para uma amiga passar com a família e todos adoraram! O Francisco foi super atencioso e sempre respondeu rapidamente. A casa é linda, com uma decoração charmosa, bem organizada e com tudo à disposição. Qualquer contratempo foi resolvido com agilidade. Recomendo muito!

We had a great stay with Gem & Gary. They are incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. It’s also just a few minutes walk from some amazing beaches.

*Wat een droomplek!* We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit prachtige vakantiehuis. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd: *schoon, gezellig en compleet ingericht*. Je merkt aan alles dat het huis is gebouwd om buiten te leven. We hebben elke ochtend genoten van een ontbijt in de *lichte serre* en ’s avonds heerlijk buiten gegeten op de verschillende fijne zitplekken. Het *zwembad* was fantastisch — schoon, groot genoeg en echt een pluspunt. Ook de *slaapkamers waren brandschoon*, de bedden opgemaakt bij aankomst: zo fijn! De *buitenruimte* is echt subliem — veel privacy en rust. De *eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk* en denken fijn met je mee. De communicatie verliep soepel en snel, met een warme, persoonlijke benadering. Zelfs *later uitchecken* was geen enkel probleem. De ligging ten opzichte van *Lissabon en omgeving is perfect* — rustig, maar met alles binnen bereik. *Echt een dikke aanrader. Als we konden, gaven we 5,5 sterren!*

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison, dans une ville sympathique et un environnement calme. Mr Neves est très accueillant et professionnel. La maison nous a beaucoup charmé. Nous avions à notre disposition (dans la maison) tout le nécessaire pour pouvoir démarrer notre séjour et nous installer immédiatement. La salle de sport et ses équipements : une très bonne idée. Nous recommandons.
