great apartment room, the utility very complete. its really great for someone who spend 1-30 days. kitchen utensil complete and ready to use, oven is available to use. water dispenser also useful, we can use hot water for coffee and cold water. so many ready to use houseware. So its a ready to stay apartment for us. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is my third time staying at Kak Christina’s listings and just like before, it was a wonderful experience. Although this time I stayed in a different unit, the comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches remain consistently great. Kak Christina is truly one of the kindest and most understanding hosts I’ve ever met. Her kindness and attentiveness made me feel completely at home. She responds quickly, and always makes sure everything is well prepared for your stay. I’m really grateful to have found a host like her. Without a doubt, I’ll keep coming back!

Pros : Location in the middle of jakarta so everywhere is close. The shower is really okay with the water pressure. Very clean and well equipped. The view is pretty good because it's on the 30th floor. There are snacks & mineral water, plus a big & cold fridge. Each room has air conditioning. The host is very helpful & responsive There are a lot of snack places around. Cons: It's jammed on the way to and from work, which is normal. Perfect space for 3 adults, if more + suitcases maybe the space is a little less loose. Straight check-in/check-out time 2pm-11am lol

We always love to stay in Central Park area when we come visiting Jakarta, and Theresia’s place is so far the best we’ve ever stayed at. The unit is newly renovated, and every single room looked exactly like the pictures on the listing. Amenities were complete and felt like a 5-star hotel! Theresia was also very responsive whenever we had questions. Truly an amazing host with amazing place!

the place is beside Taman Anggrek Mall, there is connecting path between the building, many restaurants. huge swimming pool. the unit is clean and nice. would love to use Aland's place in the future.

The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

Great place to stay in central Jakarta! The apartment was clean, fully equipped, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view was amazing, and the location was super convenient — we could walk to the mall and other nearby spots. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
