My first time doing air bnb and was so easy the host was easy to communicate with and accomodating, the place was in a nice area easy to find and access, called the host to get in and that was it so easy. Every thing was provided as required which suited my needs will be looking at booking it in the future for when family comes up

Shelly was very responsive with her replies and so helpful - especially accommodating with some date changes and extending my stay The suburb is lovely - very community minded and family friendly. I felt safe walking around and shops and amenities were close by. The house was perfect - very clean, spacious and had everything I needed. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely rebook when Im next in Darwin

it was my first time using airbnb i found the web sites easy to book and Helen and Chris message me and check in overall they made me feel at home in their home so thank you.

We stayed 7 nights at the apartment and it was a great stay. Tons of room, everything we needed including a lovely welcome hamper, communication was excellent and an easy walk either into town or the beaches. Would stay again.

The apartment was very thoughtfully set up with extras that you really need when traveling lightly. Soft esky, beach towels, yoga mat, picnic gear and t pot made a big difference. The space is light and airy and balcony a great place to sit with lovely views and breeze.

Conveniently located to Mindil Beach Darwin and Prap. We were aware may not be able to park in the car space (no issue) but the car parked it the space made it difficult to get our bags to the front door. Otherwise no issues clean tidy comfortable well priced. Recommend it.

Like staying at clean and organised friends apartment whilst they are on holiday. Obviously several airbnb’s in the building, and this one was good. Gym is closed for renovations and swimming pool is fairly gloomy, but our small kids had fun for 30 mins before a flight. The flat is exactly as described. No issues at all. The best accommodation we had in NT by a mile (4 places in 1 week). Shame they’re all so expensive.

We arrived at Darwin airport late, wet, and tired. Novotel was too expensive, so I tried my luck on air bnb. Within 25 mins of booking, Stella had accepted, and called to assist with checking in. The sub penthouse is huge, and everything you need is there. Excess and doubles of almost everything. The unit was clean, tidy and comfortable. The wifi was not great, so preload the kids devices if needed. Stella checked in multiple times during my stay to offer suggestions for best cafes, and places to visit. a few minor issues, but sorted immediately. It was like staying at a friend’s place, where you are always welcome. If you are after a large space for the whole family, this is it. I had babies through to young adults, and everyone was catered for. The pool at the Mantra is beautiful, and the cafe downstairs is perfect for an early morning coffee. Thank you, Stella, for providing us with a home during a difficult relocation.

Benji was really responsive with all communication and our stay, from start to finish, was thoroughly enjoyable. During our stay we discovered that the washing machine was nonoperational and as soon as we reported it, it was replaced the same day. Nothing was an issue for Benji. The unit was clean and tidy, the view was amazing and the accessibility to the free parking, local shops and restaurants was very convenient.

David's place was a perfect base for our long weekend in Darwin. Loved the bread, milk etc on arrival; lovely clean sheets and towels; aircon, fans, laundry facilities. It all made for a lovely, comfy stay. We could walk into town easily, and down to the waterfront. David was fantastic with communication and flexible with check out times etc. Hopefully we'll be back soon!

My stay at Lauren's home was thoroughly enjoyable. An excellent location that is a short walk to shops, cafe, restaurants and the beautiful Fannie Bay waterfront. I'm already hoping this beautiful home is available for my next visit to Darwin.

We had a fantastic stay at this Darwin CBD apartment! The location is perfect — just a stone’s throw away from fishing wharfs and jetties, and within easy driving distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment is tucked away on a quiet street, giving us peaceful, restful nights. One of our favourite features was the spacious balcony with a lovely sea view and refreshing breeze — we found ourselves spending a lot of time there, especially in the mornings. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The well-equipped kitchen and generous cooking space made it easy for us to prepare our own breakfasts and dinners. Parking was also hassle-free with convenient car park access. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and made our Darwin trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time staying in this apartment. The location is fantastic and a short walk to many of the things we wanted to do and see in Darwin (including some of the best restaurants)! The space had everything we needed including kitchen facilities, a lovely bathroom with a washer/dryer and a king size bed. Having access to the Mantra Pandanus pool and gym was an added bonus that we were happy to take advantage of. However, nothing beat the incredible ocean views we were able to enjoy from the balcony. Eating breakfast out there every morning and having a drink while the sun set really made this the perfect Darwin accommodation. Thank you so much Cassandra!

Hi Kerri-Ann Thank you for your kind hospitality. The bacon, eggs, milk, butter and bread were a really nice touch! After a long flight we were really grateful that we had something for breakfast the next day without having to leave the unit ! We loved the unit and will definitely stay again.
