The house is located in Võrumõisa, which is in a quiet summerhouse area, but at the same time within walking distance to Võru city center and Tamula beach. The use of a barrel sauna and a steam sauna with a bubble function is included in the price, everything necessary for heating is available on site. The steam sauna is electric.

There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a sunny southern meadow. Uncle Tom's hut is a nice log house in the middle of the greenery of Karula National Park. (Part of the farm complex.) The house has two wide floor beds on the 2nd floor and a bed for one on the 1st floor. In addition to the kitchenette in the house, it is possible to use a large outdoor kitchen in the courtyard of the farm, an outdoor shower, a fireplace and a grill.

In a small country house located 2 km from Pangodi Lake in a very private and picturesque location, it is possible to relax for families with children as well as for a smaller group of friends. On a winter evening, it's nice to sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy the sauna.

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
