If you’ve come for the views, you won’t be disappointed! The spacious and inviting master bedroom features large panoramic windows overlooking the private marina. Enjoy a super comfortable king-size bed with cozy linens and a private bathroom stocked with shampoo and body wash. From the huge windows of the newly renovated living area, you can admire the sparkling blue bay at any time of day. Right in front of the condo is Ochlocknee Bay. Mashes Sands, Alligator Point, Saint Theresa, and several other world-famous beaches are just a short drive away. Hiking and biking trails through the unique natural beauty of the river and forest are within walking distance. The marine biology lab of Florida State University is just a few blocks away. While the white sandy beaches and emerald-green waters of the Gulf Coast alone are worth the trip, who wouldn’t want to try fishing and enjoy some of the best seafood in the country? Whether from the shore or on a charter boat, there are plenty of opportunities to catch and savor fresh seafood. Or take a river cruise on the Ochlocknee or Wakulla Rivers. You might even spot manatees or “Old Joe.” Tubing over the deep blue springs or water skiing with friends rounds out the experience. In the mood for a fancy dinner? The local Angelo’s Seafood Restaurant is right next door! Just a five-minute drive away, you’ll find Trident, the newest and freshest restaurant in the area. The Civic Brewery in nearby Sopchoppy is also popular – with great food, cold beers, and regular entertainment. With so much to explore, you’ll still find plenty of time to relax. Our home is ready for you to feel completely at ease. A Keurig coffee maker ensures a refreshing start to your day. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals. Enjoy a glass of wine on one of the two outdoor terraces. Guests also have access to a shared pool and tennis courts. Parking is always free and convenient. Our community is safe and secure. Please note the condo is located on the second floor and accessible only via stairs on both sides.

Otter lake cottage

The Otter Lake Cottage is in a small fishing village with beaches 6mi. It sets on 3/4 acre with a concrete grill area out back ,plenty of parking space if you want to bring your boat canoe or bikes. Large covered porch on the front. There is beautiful rivers for canoeing or swimming, great fishing it is also less than a mile away from the Gulf. Wakulla has great Seafood restaurant'syou can dine over the water or by it. We have a park for kids and the Gulf Marine lab where they can touch and learn about sea turtles and all marine life. This is the perfect place to have a quiet get away. Otter Lake is a great place to walk it has bald eagles bird trails walking trails a great place for picnics. It's located in the national forest just down the rd.
