We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! It was everything we needed and more. The space was spacious, clean, and perfect for living and working for a week. The WiFi was stable and reliable, which made working remotely a breeze. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we cooked every day without any issues. The location was ideal for a quiet getaway, set apart from the hustle and bustle of the city. Plus, having a market just around the corner was incredibly convenient—we found everything we needed there, including the freshest produce. The gym, though small, had all the essentials we needed to stay active during our stay. Subhani was an amazing host—so responsive and kind, always available if we needed anything. We truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped home away from home!

If I had to describe my stay at this apartment in one word, it would be ‘perfection’. I visited with my mom and an aunt and this apartment was perfect for the three of us. The location was amazing. The interiors were gorgeous. We loved hanging out at the end of each busy day in the cozy living room with the most beautiful views of the lotus tower. As for the facilities: the kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were spacious, the air conditioning worked well and the beds were very comfy. A huge thanks to Roshan. He was always available as the go-to contact person for questions and was very accommodating of all our requests. Nicola was also an amazing host, for always following up with chat messages on Airbnb despite not being around personally. This apartment made our four day stay in Colombo wonderful. I would book this again in a heartbeat on my next trip to the country.

Great location, spacious apartment, rooftop pool pool overlooking the sea view and gym. Apartment is fitted with all the necessary utilities. There are no interruptions with light — there is a generator. Great fast wifi.

Janik’s place was absolutely the best. There was so much attention to detail. The kitchen had all necessities. The bathrooms had all the amenities plus towels in all sizes. There was a lot of storage space in all the rooms & kitchen. The washing machine was very useful for a long stay. Even washing powder was provided (but we prefer liquid detergent so we got our own). In addition to the three main rooms there was a small extra room and an additional bathroom of a good size, which we didn’t know was there when we went. (We didn’t have to use this but shared the info in case someone is interested). All the rooms & the living room were very cheerful with windows facing outside & a lot of sunshine coming in, which I loved! The scenery was beautiful as it overlooked the Colombo golf course! It was very peaceful with the sounds of birds chirping & no traffic noise. The very best part was that the place was squeaky clean with comfy beds! Total value for money! Thank u Janik!

Absolutely incredible stay! We stayed here for 3 nights! Bryan’s place in Colombo exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos —if not better in person! It's impeccably clean, tastefully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is a highlight—breathtaking cityscape that truly makes you feel like you're in the heart of Colombo. The natural light pouring in during the day, and the calming ambiance at night, created the perfect vibe whether I was relaxing or getting work done. Location-wise, it's fantastic—central, safe, and close to all major attractions, cafes, and convenience stores. Whether you're here for sightseeing, business, or a short stopover, this spot is a gem. This is a fantastic apartment in a lovely upmarket neighbourhood of Colombo. Shayani was great to communicate with, check-in was easy and the place was spotlessly clean. The flat is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the balcony provides a superb view towards the Colombo seafront. There’s a great little supermarket nearby, along with a Barista coffee shop. In addition to the trendy Wildish restaurant on the ground floor of the building, there are many great restaurants in Park St Mews which is an easy walking distance. This apartment is highly recommmended. We will definitely return. Five stars.

The Palm Beach Villa was absolutely amazing! Piyal, the house manager, was waiting for us at the airport, and drove us to the Villa, even tho we arrived early in the morning. There was a wonderful breakfast waiting for us upon our arrival. Piyal and Sujami took such great care of us during the day, and Sumith was there all night, which made us feel very safe. We weren't expecting the high level of pampering we received from the 3 of them. It really made our stay truly relaxing. The Villa and grounds are beautiful! The dogs were an added surprise, and were definitely part of the experience :) The pool was heavenly! The beach was right there!!! and was so beautiful and virtually empty! Watching and helping with the morning fishermen was an experience we will never forget! The location is so private, but close enough to many of the island's attractions. Piyal was a gracious host, driver, and AMAZING cook!!! Sujami was so sweet and helpful. Sumith was great! Will def be back!

Chinthake was super responsive and always really helpful. He was extremely accommodating and I had lots of little requests. The place felt like home and we really enjoyed our stay. The housekeeper - Thilakaratne was super friendly and helpful too. Gotta give it to him and Chinthake for being so accommodating. We’ll definitely stay next year as well 😊

She is extremely responsible, friendly, and always attentive to any need or request. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience really stood out during our stay. One of the best things about this villa is that Udeni lives right next door. This made it incredibly easy to reach out to her whenever we needed assistance or had any questions. Thevin's place was an absolute delight to be at, has all the amenities you'd need for a stay, and located in a peaceful area away from all sounds and distractions. Thevin was always helpful and went above and beyond in helping us during our 2 nights stay. Easy to find rides via pick me or uber from the area. Would recommend to anyone!

We booked Andy’s property for a colleague visiting from overseas, and she had a wonderful stay. The home was safe, comfortable, and she absolutely loved it. Andy was incredibly helpful and responsive to anything we needed, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Nice place with 24 hours security personnel available. The area is very private and only has about 13 ish houses. The owner Isuru communicates well and attends to matters immediately. We were just only 2 people but the house is ideal for more people with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms where the upstairs master bedroom comes with AC unit which was our main reason to book. Easy access to Kottawa and Piliyandala area. We loved the temple being right across the road. Isuru managed to turn up when we were leaving the house as well.

It is an amazing place, you are missing niks. amazing villa. A lot has been thought of. Super clean, a place for us to come back to again. Contact was great, when there was a question there was a response right away. This is truly worthy of 5 stars. Nice quiet neighborhood and everything within walking distance. We have been coming to Sri Lanka through hotels and AirBnb since 2011, but this was the best place ever!

The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. we six stayed at this apartment for 10 days. It was amazing, clean, well furnished as well as good responsive host and caretaker(Mr.Thiago). there is no con except a non air-conditioned room which was not mentioned in description clearly. If I visit colombo in future then I'll prefer to stay here again.

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. Wonderful Stay – Clean, Spacious, and Full of Amenities! We had an amazing stay on this beautiful property located in centre of colmbo . The space was immaculately clean and very spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The complex offers great amenities – we especially enjoyed the pool, gym, badminton, and table tennis facilities. There’s also ample car parking, which made things so convenient. There are several nice restaurants nearby, offering a variety of cuisines within walking or short driving distance. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and answering all our questions quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
