We enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean and in a good location. Definitely perfect for those who wants to relax and enjoy Iloilo City. Highly recommend! We’re planning to visit again and we will stay here 😍

Thank you Homescapes for your hospitality! We had everything we needed! The location of the building is very convenient for getting to the city center. There is also a small cafe downstairs. My child really enjoys the garden and the pool on the second floor. The mini golf next to the complex requires personal equipment, so we were not able to play. The view from the balcony is very peaceful, they also have outdoor areas on each floor if you want to breathe fresh air and admire the city from above. When we arrived, the hot water was turned off and we could not figure out how to turn it on, but Homescapes sent us a technician within 5 minutes of contacting them and he turned on the water heater. Our flight was quite late and the owners allowed us to stay in the unit a little longer for an additional fee.

It has perfect location walkable to Festive Mall, city is clean & nice. The tower has swimming pool & just ask the reception to get a ticket access to the pool. The room is clean & it has kitchen. Fast internet & good air condition. I highly recommended this place.

The place was exactly how it was described and the location was great - near restaurants, hospitals, pharmacies, water refilling stations, laundromats, groceries, and malls. Ms Mar was very responsive and quick to give a helping hand when we had minor issues. We definitely recommend this place and will surely book again if we have another activity around the area.

JUST WOW!!! If i ever find myself again in IloIlo, I will surely book Rosh’s unit. Clean, worth every penny, strategic location, safe, and everything we needed was readily available. After a long day of wandering around the Panay Island, this unit felt like a comfort for us. AC is cold, hot & cold shower, smart tv, fresh linens, soft and comfy bed!! Not to mention the kitchen utensils and equipment that you can use. Rosh was also kind enough to let us drop off our bags as early as 7am!!! Thank you so much Rosh. This is the place to be!!! 10/5 rating ⭐️🤯

Hwen and I (Lee) stayed at Ariane's place in Saint Dominic. The place is very comfortable, quiet inside. The pool was a nice place to swim, place is in walking distance to Festive Mall. Just got back from the philippines today, stayed here from April to May. Rubbish emptied between 5 and 7pm each night if you were there at the time, cleaners came once per week too. Would stay here again.

We had such a lovely stay! The place is incredibly peaceful, and the view from the balcony is just stunning. The host was super kind and always quick to respond to any questions I had. The sheets and linens smelled amazing too, such a nice touch. Totally worth the price, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Had a wonderful time at Casa Ace! The place was clean, accessible, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s also conveniently located near the mall and 7/11 which made everything super easy. I also really appreciated the host’s recommendations for local spots and cafes. We felt really comfortable in this place. Whenever we feel tired after the trip, we always want to go back to the unit to relax. The host is very responsive and generous. This is really worth the money.

Loved the bed and the pantry snacks and other stuff for sale was a great convenience. Mini-bar style. My only regret was booking another place (somewhere downtown) during the start of my trip and this place during the last day of our Ilo-ilo trip. But regardless, it was a good way to end my short vacation. We had a flight at 4AM so it was so hard to get up at 2AM because the room was so cozy. The room has everything you need for a short stay. Great view of the pool too! Location wise, it's easy to get around since it's in between the Uptown and Downtown and Ilo-ilo itself has to be the most walkable city that I've been to. Would definitely recommend

We had a great stay! The place was very cozy and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout. The location was also a big plus—just a short walk to a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants. We would definitely recommend it and stay again!

I had a great stay at this airbnb! Julius and his family were very helpful and accommodating. All my questions were answered promptly and they even offered a ride from the airport to their place and as well as from their place going to the airport on my last day. The whole place was very clean and had everything I needed. I was very near my friend's place which was super convenient. I recommend Julius' place for anyone who wants to discover Iloilo. Per-Erick and Auntie Delma are great hosts because they made sure that we are safe going to their place by fetching us in bus terminal. They provided beyond service for my family that I never expected. Their place is very good for a day tour in Sicogon island and can accomodate group of people. Excellent porch for coffee time!Thank you for a great place!

Jeanie was wonderful she was there waiting when we got there. We left quickly to head to Ariels point where her brother gladly gave us a boat ride to. We offered to pay and he said he only wanted gas money so like 60 pesos. We didn't realize that Ariels point was 1,800 pesos a person so we skipped it, and her brother gave us a ride to a whole other part of the Island. The room was wonderful clean and spacious. Jeanie even cooked us dinner and personalized a vegetarian option for us. We had to leave real early for the airport and she had a neighbor give us a ride to the bus stop. Everything was great we would come back if we are ever in the area

The place is quiet as the owner described it. The place was convenient as it is near the main road, 711, the public market and other establishment.

This place is highly recommended! It’s beside Robinsons Place Mandalagan and has a walkway connected to it which is a plus. The place is spacious and clean. Pool is also free on the 14th floor. Perfect for a staycation! Ms. Charina was also very accommodating. All in all, our stay for almost a week is definitely worth it.
