La casa tiene 3 habitaciones: 2 matrimoniales (1 en suite), y 1 con 2 camas de 1 plaza. 2 baños de piedra laja y madera, cocina equipada, terraza con piscina de 2x2.8 y antena Starlink. Además cuenta con amplio estacionamiento. Se entregan sábanas y toallas de mano limpias al momento del ingreso de los huéspedes. No está permitido hacer ruido entre las 23:00 y 7:00 horas.
