I would prefer to live at Villa Monyet year round. That’s all I have to say.

Where to begin... this was for us the absolute best accommodation we could imagine, in Batu Karas but also on our 2 month trip we have never felt so at home and welcomed ever. Ingrid and Dadang are fantastic hosts and you will have a great time with them. They give you a very tasty breakfast every morning, and there are bikes you can borrow which we apprecierad a lot. We booked for 3 nights but stayed for 2 weeks (!). So if you want an authentic experience of a village life in Indonesia, love to surf and relax then you should go here and of course stay with Ingrid and Dadang! I really hope we will come back one day.

We stayed 2 weeks in villa monyet. Enjoy day after day, ocean in front of the place, good coffee, breakfasts.. The team is very nice and helpful ! For sure, we will come back!

Love Nick's place. Theo and Tommo are super helpful with great recommendations and make everything easy, looked after our transport and can easy talk surfing for hours if you want (we do!). Great spot

We stayed at Butun Guesthouse for 7 nights and would have liked to stay longer. The room is basic and in accordance with the pictures. What really stands out is Windu, who is an excellent host, always ready to help and made us feel at home from the first moment! Thank you Windu!
