My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

...on the border of Weissensee to Prenzlauer Berg, the Ferine apartment is centrally located with 4 km distance to Alexanderplatz. The Steinmetzhof, an idyllic commercial courtyard with artist, sculpture and desing studios, as well as a small venue for experimental music and jazz sessions, is part of a commercial area, built at the beginning of the 20th century, with ground-level brick trade hotels and a 2-level brick head building, which at the same time houses the apartment.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

The green space around the lake Weisser See lies within walking distance. Weißensee is about 20 minutes from the center.

The top floor apartment is located in Weissensee and is 92sqm. 10 minutes away from Alexanderplatz. Within walking distance are various restaurants, supermarkets, a movie theater, the Weissensee etc. Parking spaces are directly in front of the door. Various bus stops 150m away. The apartment has a large south-facing terrace and underfloor heating. There are two separate bedroom and a separate bathroom. The rest of the apartment is open plan with high ceiling.

Supermarkets, drugstores, cafes and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is ideal for two people, comfortable for three people. It is modernly furnished with everything you need for a long or short break.

Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).
