We can only agree with the other reviews! It was a fantastic vacation and a fantastic accommodation. Foteini always responded quickly and made our stay very pleasant. We didn't want to leave! We were in the capital for two days and then in the castle. The capital is very lively, and our accommodation was noisy, the castle is the complete opposite. You are among yourselves, it is super quiet and with the rental car you can still quickly reach the sights or cities. We will definitely come back here at some point! A little tip for those who book a rental car. It is best not to take the smallest, with the smallest motorization. The castle is a little higher, the journey with our small car was, fully packed, very adventurous. Of course, you can still do it. Thank you for this unique place to stay!

I truly feel blessed to have had the luck to host one of the most important events of my life in one of the most beautiful villas in Zakynthos. At first, I just wanted a simple travel wedding like a small place to hold the ceremony. But when I arrived here, the professionalism of Dion’s team and the patience of the guides made me feel that this trip was absolutely worth it.The scenery and well equipped facilities speak for themselves. There are also delicious restaurants nearby, places to visit olive groves, and it’s very convenient to drive around and enjoy the sea views. What’s even more impressive is that every detail of this villa is carefully looked after not just by Dion’s team but even by the cleaning staff. Believe me, if you choose to vacation or hold an event here, what you’ll have is not just a place, but a whole experience full of thoughtful and heartwarming service. Absolutely unforgettable stay! The photos truly don’t capture the breathtaking beauty of this place — it’s even more stunning in person. Waking up each morning to the serene sights and sounds of nature was nothing short of magical. The peaceful atmosphere made it incredibly easy to unwind and disconnect. Banana Beach is just a quick 5-minute drive away, with several other beautiful beaches nearby as well. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, there’s no shortage of beach bars to enjoy. The central market is only 2 minutes away and has everything you could possibly need. Our host was exceptional — she responded promptly to all our messages and kindly accommodated an early check-in due to our flight schedule. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel instantly at home. This Airbnb was more than just a place to stay — it was an experience I’ll never forget.

House was perfect felt right at home, the host was lovely & very responsive the villa was so clean and a lot of security. Hot water 24/7 and had working amenities all throughout. Would definitely stay again no doubt

It was an amazing stay, worth it. House was very nice and especially the pool and garden were amazing. Good if you want a nice place to enjoy outside. Inside its clean and modern. Host was reacting fast and helped us with lots of good restaurants.

This was by far the best Airbnb hosting experience I’ve ever had. The host contacted me weeks in advance to ensure a smooth check-in, and even helped arrange a driver to pick us up from the airport. We arrived to find the fridge fully stocked with fresh, high-quality food—such a thoughtful touch! The accommodation itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, a private pool (which can be heated), and a location right next to the sea. The host was incredibly kind and highly responsive , offering free cleaning service every two days. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

the villa was absolutely stunning in all aspects, the owner was highly helpful and took care of every request we had although he was injured. we enjoyed our holidays in Zakhintos due to the comfort of Dionysis villa. we highly recommend!

We visited the second time and the place is still super private and cool. They added some more places to sit together outside. spyros and the guys are very helpful and supportive. super fast and goos communication. All in all recommended 👌
