Live like a local in our cozy little cottage! We renovated a garage which is located by our house on 10 acres of land and recently put in a seating area with Pergola. Our land is south facing on a mesa with a beautiful view of the mountains. We grow 5 acres of medicinal herbs, vegetables and berries. Lots of coming and going on the farm so hopefully you like people and be prepared for a lot of activity. Looking forward to hosting you:)

We absolutely loved this place! It was so lovely inside! Felt right at home! The outdoor covered patio was lovely and we ate out there every night! The town is so cute, with a great brewery, wineries, coffee shop and bakery. Not far to Ouray and some great hiking up the Kebler pass. Everything we love!❤️ Could quite literally live there!

Fantastic stay in Paonia. Very comfortable house. Kitchen is loaded with anything you might need. Master bedroom is huge. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog. Could easily walk to town ~ 12 mins. Location was so peaceful and quiet. Lori was a wonderful host. We love Sweetgrass for breakfast and Nido’s for lunch/dinner. We checked out the bookstore, brewery, other shops and of course Big B’s!

The vintage camper was a lovely place to stay! I took my 4 year old here and he thought it was so fun. Rene helped him interact with the goats and dogs (through a fence) and he loved the stay. It was a fun little adventure, super close to town, with very cozy bedding, and the best view in town.

Great spot with BEAUTIFUL views!! They had wood piled up ready for us to enjoy the firepit. Super close to all the hot spots of Paonia, but remote enough to have a quiet evening by the fire.
