Oceanfront Home with all taxes included!

Our home sits on the ocean with access to some of the best snorkeling and swimming on the island. Nearby is a hidden black sand beach gem called Honomalino Bay. We are 5 minutes from a County Beach Park with a Pavilion and little sandy beaches. a 1 minute walk brings you to our safe private neighborhood swimming access. Our home is your home while you are there. We have a great location which puts you just about midway to explore both sides of the Island. Our reviews simply say it all !

If you are a scuba diver, we take you out on shore dives. We provide tanks and weights. If you want to snorkel, we can give you a tour of places to snorkel. The Whale House is a great home to watch the whales migrate down the Kona Coast in season! The house has 3 private bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths on two levels. The upper (primary level) includes a full service kitchen, two master bedrooms and 1 & 1/2 bathrooms. The lower living area is separate from the main living space, is handicap accessible (See Accessibility Notes) and has a private master bedroom and master bath. Experience off grid living! Originally, a coffee shack from Holualoa, a tiny house but it has a full kitchen, a full-size frig, lots of cupboards, and 5 burner cook top. The bedroom has a queen sized comfy mattress, a futon couch/bed for extra guests. Enjoy meals outdoors on a screened in lanai with fabulous ocean views. The property has many fruit and mac nut trees. It is a peaceful place to get away from it all. Renting a car is highly recommended.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. We converted a shack into a sweet, cozy 1 bedroom. With u very own porch and outside kitchen. We are completely off grid.. we use rain water for showering… but don’t worry it’s a hot shower. Our toilets are compost to use less water and work with Mother Nature. U also have ur own tiny back yard hang out area, Wi-Fi available

Green sand beach is 31 miles (45 mins) away. Volcano National park is 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Hilo town 1 hour and 30 minutes.
