Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Papamoa

Golden Sands Drive was perfect for our needs. Visiting from the UK for the first time we were able to explore the area easily. The property was really comfortable and practical. We all really enjoyed staying there. Thank you very much. Regards Sue B

Jessie's place is conveniently located between two busy spots for restaurants 🍣 🍔 and amenities in Papamoa Beach - an easy bike ride along traffic free paths, or via a stroll along the beach ⛱️ - also close to bus 🚌 routes to get you to Tauranga or Maunganui. The house has great facilities for keeping cool, a lovely deck with huge parasol and a brilliant heatpump inside. Jessie left us a lovely note on our arrival and the document explaining where to bike 🚲, surf 🌊 and enjoy the local area was brilliant! The yard was great for our Golden Retriever 🐶, fully fenced with good shade areas under the colossal olive 🫒 tree - with beach or path walks galore!

We enjoyed our stay at Saskia's place, it felt homely and well set out. The kids really enjoyed the different levels and bedrooms and there was everything we needed, especially the espresso machine! Overall we had a great stay

We stayed at Wades place over the xmas and new year period. The bach had enough space for us to host a Christmas day for our large family, not to mention the beach directly across the road where swimming was patrolled daily. The view of the beach and surrounding islands, sunsets and sunrises from the upstairs level is absolutely amazing. The house is clean and tidy and is well equipped with everything you would need. Wade is amazing to deal with and very accommodating to special requests. If you want a good kiwi holiday by the beach, this is the place to do it!! I will definitely stay here again.

Great place for our family long weekend away. Everyone enjoyed, including the dogs with the beach just across the road/reserve. “Beautiful Papamoa Beach”. Supermarket and some local shops all very handy. Great size kitchen and bathrooms. Everything we needed was there and Sara replied promptly in all communications. Attention to detail was great. We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful but so entertaining for the children right on the park and across the road from the beach . A really lovely family holiday and so well equipped.

Claire was a great host with quick, easy and clear communication. The location is great - close to local cafes, supermarkets and local beaches. We even got to take our dog who loved to roam in the fully fenced front garden. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely, caring hosts, who very kindly left us some breakfast, homemade lemonade and cookies! Great location for a family with kids, with a small, beautiful, self-contained garden a 2min walk to a park with a playground. Supermarket cafe and pub a 10-min walk away.

Is this little slice of paradise had to be summed up in one word.. it would be Stunning. Stu has gone above and beyond to create an aesthetically pleasing yet warm space, thoughtfully decorated and appointed. Get ready to leave your stay rejuvenated and relaxed!

Our stay in Waihi Beach was exceptional. We loved the area and our host. The apartment was just as beautiful as shown. You could hear the ocean from the apartment. Thank you Campbell and Julie for wonderful hospitality.

Tastefully-decorated, self-contained unit (19 steps up) in a large home right on the water. Great view. Short walk to restaurants and groceries. Very nice and helpful hosts. The best part for us was they have a tandem kayak and direct access to the estuary. We had wonderful 3-hour kayak rides passing mangroves up the meandering river at the end of the bay.

Upon our arrival, Loretta & Brian kindly provided us with the classic kiwi dip - a tin of reduced cream & Maggi onion soup, a packet of Bluebird potato chips, jet planes and easter eggs for our whānau which went down a treat! The location of this unit is fantastic, just a short stroll to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The unit has everything you need and is well furnished with adequate amenities for your stay. We had a great stay - thank you so much!

We had a fantastic stay at Toka Ridge, booking the beautiful “Toka 4 – Koko” villa. It was a last-minute trip to Rotorua, and we truly lucked out finding this absolute gem. The villa was spotless, spacious, and tastefully designed, a perfect home away from home. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free, setting the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The villa had everything we needed and more, including a luxurious spa pool an absolute highlight, especially with Rotorua’s cozy, rainy weather! For those new to the area, the guest book provided at the property is incredibly helpful. It’s full of local recommendations, tips, and helpful information to make the most of both the home and the Rotorua experience. A big thank you to our host, Liam, who was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Toka Ridge exceeded our expectations the kids loved it, we loved it, and we’re already planning our next visit!

Gaewyn’s place was kept beautifully inside and out! They are both lovely people to stay around and chat withand had the additional bonus of Miles (dog) who was always there to greet us when we returned home. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I can back to New Zealand ☺️

Great to deal with the host, just everything was perfect. Flexible check in and check out process with great communication. The place was spotless and beds are very comfortable. One of the best air bnb places that we ever tried. We will definitely come back again.

Our stay at this beautiful and spacious home was enjoyed by all 9 of our whanau ranging from old to young. We were close enough to attractions we wanted to visit, the spacious kitchen and formal dinning space allowed for delicious homemade family dinners and eating all together around the table. Thank you for supplying an abundance of food and treats for us to enjoy, it was so appreciated arriving our first day and enjoyed through to our last.

Really beautiful place to stay, quite close to Hobbiton and Matamata. Nice distance from other houses if you're looking for a more private location. Caren is lovely and really responsive.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

Carol-Ann was a wonderful host to me and my partner. The property is beautiful, lovely gardens and super cool house. We felt very welcome there and made great friends with her cat. There is also a nice view of the hills from the house, Maungatautari etc. Very close to cambridge, and all its cafes, and Carol-Ann prepared us breakfast every morning with her home made bread. Thank you Carol-Ann for a wonderful stay!
