Family-friendly holiday rentals in Paparā

Mareva and her husband were great. She stayed on top of our travel plans making sure we made it. We got there super late. Got our car and had trouble finding the house. Michael (her husband) came right away and found us and led us to the house. It’s upstairs so you’ll need to carry your luggage up. It wasn’t a big deal. They helped us. Even though it was so late (2am) Mareva and Michael got the ferry schedule and helped us figure out when we needed to leave to go to Moorea. Then they got up early and led us there and helped to get our tickets and they were able to get us a discount. We stayed one night and it was just a few hours. Everything was like in the description.

The location of the residence is perfect, close to the beautiful Tipaniers beach and many snacks. The residence itself perfectly met our expectations, the gym and swimming pools are a real plus. The accommodation is quite cozy and the jacuzzi very appreciable… As for the Tahiti Homes agency, communication was smooth throughout our stay. Laina and Maryne have always been very responsive and they were able to respond very effectively to the small problem we had with the dishwasher. I recommend it and we will not hesitate to come back for a future stay.

This is a beautiful apartment with a wonderful sea view. The location on the black sand beach was very nice, and we enjoyed using the hotel facilities: pool, spa, bar, restaurant. Thank you to our host for their clear instructions, and their responsiveness when we had questions. We would highly recommend this place to stay in Tahiti.

Thierry was very welcoming, both discreet and caring but available at the slightest need. Very good location. The studio is bright and has everything you need (we stayed 2 weeks). The outside with its pool was really nice. He has two dogs that need to be watched when entering and leaving, but he takes care of them when he is there. They may bark a little but are not annoying. Great stay at Thierry's ☀️

The place is beautiful, very quiet, in the greenery and overlooking the sea. The accommodation is comfortable and well equipped. Magalie is adorable and always ready to be of service. A little far from the city and the sea so a vehicle is a must. We highly recommend it.

A Dream Stay – Highly Recommended! I had the pleasure of spending a week in this wonderful accommodation, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The host, [Host's Name], was incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided me with great tips for local restaurants and attractions that made my stay even better. The apartment itself was spotless and tastefully decorated. The amenities left nothing to be desired – from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. I particularly enjoyed the terrace, where I could sip my morning coffee while taking in the city view. The location is perfect! Within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the Harbour , from where you can quickly access all the major sights. Additionally, there are plenty of cafés and shops nearby that made my stay even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation

Terrific location with absolutely incredible views! We had a fabulous time gathering with family at this comfortable, spacious, well-equipped villa. The beautiful patio area with its two hammocks, tables, lawn chairs, dock, and hot tub were ideal for relaxing and visiting outdoors. From glorious sunrises to watching the full moon rise over the jagged peaks to stargazing at the Milky Way, this was a perfect outdoor space. We especially loved kayaking on the bay using the villa's three kayaks. We also appreciated the convenience of our location on the island. We thought it was ideal for visiting Moorea's beautiful beaches, fantastic restaurants, and hiking trails. For meals and snacks at home, the grocery store is just a few kilometers away. We would happily stay at Villa Oramarama again!

As stated in the advertisement a real cozy nest a window on paradise a peaceful law close to everything but isolated enough to feel unique and recharge after a day of work or visiting! Thanks for two weeks!

Really nice place, we stayed a week. The lagoon is amazing and access is easy. Mark is very helpful and a really nice guy. We will definitely be back, and would recommend this place to anyone.. very family friendly

Stayed 1 week at the Yellow house with my husband and 3 children. I loved the location on Opunohu Bay. The house is right on the water so when you look down out the kitchen windows you can see sharks, rays and tons of fish. Across the bay is Moorea activities and we booked a jet ski tour to go around the island which was a highlight of the trip for us all. The house is located in close proximity to two great hiking spots (but you will need a car to reach) Magic Mountain and Belvedere lookout. I would definitely say a car is a must if you stay here but you could spend your time swimming right out front of this house. We brought inflatable standup paddle boards and our kids were launching out every morning and evening. This house was equipped with fans only, they do not currently have a/c. The kitchen was nicely stocked with a brand new oven and a propane stove. The indoor bathrooms could use a window but I would definitely recommend this house to others.

The most ideal place to stay in Moorea. Quiet, tidy and simple setup with all the things you need to have a relaxing holiday. Ended up staying an extra night it was that relaxing! We brought a coffee percolator from home to make brews and have a relaxing morning with baguette from the store and fruit from side of the road. Saved us from having to drive out everyday if that suits your style. Had brekkie on the private deck out the back. However driving around to other places seemed convenient from Marks place if that is what you prefer. Kayak hire was very convenient and lovely. Mark has it dialled with a little cart so you can bring it across the road to get to the lagoon - Nice little snorkel to check out some sea life after a 8-10 minute paddle out. In all - a lovely stay, lovely vibe, lovely host and crew that run Marks Place. Look forward to staying again :)

What a meeting. I came with two of my friends for fifteen days to Mark's. Mark and his wife were always present when we needed something and always at discretion. Every home has been built from Mark's hands and each of his homes are artwork. The place overlooks the mountains and we are only a hundred meters from an access to the lagoon. Rent a kayak and cross the lagoon you will most certainly see dolphins in their 20s play, jump, swim. Anyway, Thank you Mark for this welcome and this moment of fullness. Life is beautiful. We loved our bungalow and the beautiful setting all around it. Convenient to walk to a grocery store and a couple restaurants. Mark is very friendly and welcoming. Great spot!

We had the best stay at marks place, a true home away from home. Him and his family are wonderful hosts, and help you get the most out of Moorea. We stayed with our 7 month old baby and the place couldn’t have been better. The house is so homely, the photos really don’t do it justice! The section is a slice of paradise, set away from the hussle and bussle, the perfect spot to relax. Our home was cleaned daily which was such a treat! We also found our favourite food spots on the whole island were nearby, and the most beautiful beach is about 10 minutes drive. Marks place is the perfect spot for excellent surfing. He also had kayaks, scooters and bikes for you to use. 10/10 stay we will be back again!

A home full of charm, A location that has a great view of Papeete, the mountains, the sea. But the real plus is Nathalie who brings a sweetness, kindness and a generous sharing of Polynesian culture. Always ready to help, she is the soul of the place. If you're looking for more than a place to stay, a real moment of sharing, you're in the best place. I highly recommend it.

We loved our stay. The place is situated in such a special spot. It’s close to the reef break so we’re able to see plenty of whales while still able to enjoy the beach and lagoon. The house is so well curated with local art and has such a special feel to it. It’s feels more like a home with all the beautiful artwork and small touches than a cold hotel with or typical air b&b which we really appreciated. We have been to Moorea several times and will return again and hope to stay here again. The pool and view are wonderful additions to the already spectacular property.

Clean accommodation close to beaches and restaurants and bars with fantastic views! The price paid is very good for the accommodation. We fell in love with the owner's cat who is a sweetheart 🥰

We are on site for 7 months, and we are happy to be in this residence the pool and gym are nice, you have to walk 20 minutes before being in the center. We are happy

Beautiful property with a pool onsite. It did rain while we were staying for 2 days, however, this made our stay restful. Ingrid is lovely, very friendly and made recommendations for local activities. We love Sharman (cat) too. The house was great and exactly as described. Caroline was responsive and even allowed an early check-in, which we appreciated. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, with clear turquoise water and rarely more than 2-3 people. We had one issue with the pool, but it was addressed a few days after. There were very few mosquitoes during our stay. We loved the yard, landscaping, and flowers. Be aware that ants quickly come for any food left out, so it's best to store food in the fridge right away. We enjoyed breakfast outside every day with beautiful mountain views.

Great place to stay. It had d writhing we needed for a great stay. Nice to be up In the hills where it was cooler.

We had a great month in the beautiful beautifully decorated and functional house of Sebastien and Vairea. Everything was impeccable. We enjoyed the air conditioning and pool in this hot March. Sébastien intervened very quickly when the gas cylinder in the kitchen was empty. The location was perfect, near the park, the port ( we were able to walk from the ferry) and the Papeete market. Thank you for everything.
