A gorgeous brand new modern cottage perched on the rural hill side overlooking the Waipu Caves Reserve. Stunning Northland sunrises and sunsets will amaze you. A place of true relaxation only 15 minutes from Waipu and Uretiti beach. 20 minutes to the famous Waipu Cove beach where surfing, paddle boarding and swimming are a must. The journey to the cottage is on an graded yet narrow unsealed road and the drive way to the cottage is steep so requires a good run up to the assent.

We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.
