Waterfront holiday rentals in Papeete

This is an amazing apartment with a view for sunsets. There is an automatic blind that you can lower/raise. I haven’t seen an Airbnb with this many immensities EVER. They make it so comfortable that you don’t want to leave. You can lie in bed and look out over the water. Even though it was a holiday, two grocery stores open nearby. I walked to the international market downtown. it was a bit of a hike but totally doable. Veronique was in touch daily to make sure I had what I needed. This is an amazing apartment and the people are so considerate, kind and thoughtful. They do transfers to and from ferry and airport. I highly recommend this Airbnb. I will be back!

We had a great stay, the apartment is very spacious and we really enjoyed the balcony. The road to the place is quite bumpy and the parking place tested my skills a little but both were described accurately and we were well prepared. There is a sweet restaurant on the beach side and a gas station walking distance away and a supermarket and amazing bakery a short drive away. The instructions to enter were clear and available prior to arrival. We were provided with tips and suggestions for activities and the apartment has a few extra business cards of local tours/restaurants/taxis We advise having a car to get around well for future guests We really had good time, merci for all Bernadette & Vanessa

Wow, ten stars! This condo in Tahiti delivered an absolutely stunning and unbeatable experience. The unit feels brand new, and the entire property, from our unit to the complex grounds, were immaculately clean. We loved the peaceful, neutral design, which provided the perfect backdrop to the vibrant greenery of the tropical garden and the beautiful blues of the infinity pool and private beach. The ocean views from the beach of Moorea were simply heavenly. Magdalena was an incredible host, warmly greeting us in person and showing us all the ropes. She was always on hand to help and gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations. We truly cannot recommend this place enough; it was a wonderful and memorable stay, thank you!!

I highly recommend this listing which offers quality services. Extreme comfort, the host took care not to forget anything. We love it. There were even masks and snorkels for snorkeling! Spacious and tastefully decorate, you will inevitably fall in love with this beautiful apartment. Very well located in Papeete, it allows you to move anywhere without being transported. Right in front of the Paofai garden, we enjoyed having children's games right in front for our pepette. 😉

We had a wonderful 18 hour overnight layover and couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and recharge. The host was responsive and helpful from the start making the autonomous check in seamless. The apartment was perfect for us-clean, comfortable and close to the airport. We rented a car to drive to the waterfalls which was an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the waves. The black sand beach was a unique sight. Highly recommend for a peaceful stay!

Looking at the building from outside appeared a little deceiving, but the place is truly a gem. It did take some time figuring out the directions, from getting into the gate, to the basement garage, to the codes for all entries, but in the end it was all worth it. Bradley’s place was clean, beautiful and spacious, in a good location with a great view of the water and Mo’orea from the large open balcony. The fresh flowers in the bathrooms and living room left a long lasting fragrance was a nice touch! Plenty of food options nearby, as well as beach options. Papeete and the airport is a short drive away. Bradley was helpful and responsive to questions. Overall, an excellent stay in a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, large open floor and large balcony place!

We loved our stay! The pool was wonderful. The snorkeling was amazing and literally out the back door. Our 6 and 8 year olds were able to enjoy chasing fish and playing with crabs in the shallows. There are markers out in the coral reef indicating the coral trail. This is some of the biggest and most elaborate coral I have ever seen. We saw giant sea anemones, I’ve never seen anything like it! The paddle board was nice to take out snorkeling with kids so they had a place to rest if needed. Most of the property has been remodeled and is very modern, the exception being the powder room. The kitchen opens to the back area with barstools at the counter, we ate here most of the time. The doors open in front and back letting a nice breeze blow through. Be prepared for mosquitos because, remember where you are. Amazing fenced in outdoor space for kids to roam and mango tree in the front. Henri accommodated our early arrival. Some noise from public park next door, not bad.

A superb place to stay. Quite a way from the airport so be prepared for expensive taxis. The location is right in the beach and the sound of the waves is exhilarating. Only downside was the traffic noise and maybe could do with a couple more fans? Otherwise amazing. Would stay again. Many thanks !

The house was exactly as the photos. Beautiful home with a grassy front yard with access to the beautiful beach. They provide a paddle board and a kayak; great for us, we used it daily. You definitely need a car since it is located off the main road about 15 min from airport. The house was nice, clean and spacious for our group of 5. Two of the bedrooms and a bathroom are detached from the main house. Loved this Airbnb and the fact that it is on the beach made it so much more fun! definitely recommend this Airbnb. The agency is very responsive and helpful.

Very comfortable and spacious house with easy access to a magical lagoon. We have a amazing time paddle boarding and kayaking to the crystal clear water at the reef. It has direct access to the lagoon. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed delicious meals.

Really lovely oasis of calm - really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it as a place to base yourself inTahiti.

Kaipolani and her family made my stay at Coconut Paradise in Tahiti totally unforgettable! Their warmth and generosity had me feeling like ohana from day one. Moana is one of the best hosts and guides of the area I felt safe. The apartment was extremely very well located in the heart of everything that you would want to do as a tourist and getting around lots of shops. The ferries are right across the street, restaurants right beneath the condo and across the street superb restaurants just a great area all the way around the apartment is greatly furnished and Moana is a really hands-on host

Gaëlle makes everything super easy! Absolutely a superior host. Apartment is very nice and well cared for. Will definitely stay in her properties again.

We have been to this accommodation several times. We really appreciate it when we're with the kids, it's big and spacious and nice.

nice place close to central Papeete.

It's very clean and modern. The view and pool are highlights. It's in a gated community up on a hill, so it's quiet with no street noise. We had our two year old son with us and he loved the pool and the balcony.

Great place where everything was at our disposal: hair dryer, oil, vinegar, snorkel masks... We loved our stay with Maël who was also kind enough to give us great advice on things to do, restaurants to eat… Thank you again for everything!!

Our trip was absolutely perfect to Tahiti. The accommodation was beautiful… Ideal location on a private beach with a beautiful view of neighboring island. The space was ample the pool area was beautiful, new complex with gorgeous garden as well. Highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer.!
