Очень уютный дом с бассейном, комфортный для детей. Близко к ресторанам и пляжам. Все необходимое для проживания присутствует в доме. Камин, барбекю, большой зал и чистые спальни. Рекомендую для отличного времяпровождения.

We had a lovely time staying at Armenak & Mida’s place. They had a very in depth welcome pack for us when we arrived which was very helpful. We encountered a couple of obstacles when first arriving but Armenak & Mida when very prompt with their response and offered a solution almost immediately. I would recommend this stay to anyone travelling with family or friends!

Absolutely gorgeous villa. The views are breathtaking. You'll definitely need a car to get about but if you want this amazing view with your morning coffee it's worth it. Tala square has great restaurants and there's a little supermarket and deli there too. Property was spotless with everything we could need inc English TV channels. Beds were a little firm for us (Personal choice) but using spare duvets under the sheets sorted that. All in all a fabulous two weeks, could not fault it. A little slice of Cypriot Heaven.

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus, die Begrüßung und der Service war sehr herzlich und wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Die Betten waren gut, nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Man ist in 10 min mit dem Auto an schönen Stränden und hat einen herrlichen Meerblick aus dem Schlafzimmer und der oberen Terasse. Zwar stehen die Häuser sehr eng aneinander doch war es trotzdem sehr ruhig ,auch wenn zeitweise Nachbarn da waren. Besonders fanden wir den Service vor Ort , es wurde sich mit allem gekümmert und man hatte das Gefühl das egal was ist , es wir deinem geholfen und es ist ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort da, was klasse ist. Auch Elisabeth hat sich mit Nachrichten sehr gekümmert das alles passt!

Мы отлично провели время с подругой и нашими питомцами,что немаловажно для нас! Очень красивое место,тропы,горные массивы,виноградники,и многое другое! Потрясающе звездное небо и тишина,погружают в легкость и забвение от городской суеты! Очень добродушные хозяева! Мы немного заблудились в самом начале,и Michalina,встретила нас и проводила до места проживания!Также нас угостили свежими яйцами и фруктами,которыми мы вдоволь насладились! Восторг и только! Мы обязательно вернемся! Спасибо!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 3-bedroom house in Episkopi, Paphos. The home was nice, clean, and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom was cozy and quiet, with good beds and plenty of storage space. The living area was bright and welcoming. We enjoyed having breakfast on the sunny terrace. The neighborhood itself is charming and quiet, with a real local feel, and we loved being just a short drive away (10-15 min) from Paphos and the beaches. The hosts were kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Cyprus. We hope to return one day!

Schon bevor ich hier ankam nahm sich Mike immer Zeit für mich. Mike ist, und auch seine Frau und sein Sohn seeeehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich, auch wenn ich nicht gut englisch kann. Un appartement très agréable, spacieux, et bien équipé Situé à 10-15 minutes de marche du bord de mer. La piscine est très agréable ainsi que la terrasse Le logement était très propre et Alina s’est montrée accueillante Tout était parfait Nous recommandons cette adresse.

Elena is a very good host and a very kind person. Great communication, great sense of humour. The apartment is nice and well equiped. Some appliances are quite worn but they serve the purpose. And the location is great! The house is situated in calm area, it has a nice clean swimming pool, but still it is very close to vibrant centres, the beach, city, busses, supermarkets and restaurants. For those that like running or hiking - a paradise. You can park a car on the premisses. We have had a great holiday there and we would love to come back one day

We had a great 2 weeks. The house is well equipped (but needs a kettle, ironing board and could do with a couple of sun beds). 5 minute drive to the beach with lots of restaurants. A car is preferable with parking available. Large garden but the property is on a very busy road (T junction) and the traffic noise is constant and loud from vehicles and pedestrians. Local grocery stores are walkable. The complex is very good and the large pool is fantastic with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. The property internally could do with some TLC (paint peeling). There are a lot of personal belongings in the bedside drawers and shoe cupboard so these were unusable. We had a few issues whilst at the property but Monica sorted things very quickly and is always helpful. Gate code was not provided so we did have an issue getting in. A list of instructions/recommendations would have been useful to have.

Wir haben uns in dem Airbnb sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war super sauber, die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht. Das ist uns immer sehr wichtig, da wir gern selbst verpflegen. Betten waren mega bequem. Von den Nachbarn haben wir nicht viel mitkommen, im Pool waren wir fast ausschließlich immer allein. Die Hosts waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten nach einem Kinderstuhl für unser Baby gefragt und direkt am selben Tag noch einen zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Ja, gegenüber ist eine Baustelle, aber die hat uns nicht gestört. Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

הדירה היא דירת 3 חדרי שינה , לאחד החדרים יש שירותים ומקלחת. הדירה מפנקת , נקיה עם מרפסת נהדרת. קומה 3 עם מעלית בשכונת יוניברסל. המטבח מאובזר היטב, חדרי רחצה נקיים, המיטות נוחות והתקשורת עם מיכה היתה נהדרת. הדירה בשכונה רחוקה ממרכז העניינים במרחק 10 דק' נסיעה. בהחלט ממליצה !!!! תודה מיכה על הכל היית חלק מהחוויה הנעימה שלנו בפאפוס

I thought it was a nice, peaceful, spacious studio. Clean. Well designed. Loved the smell when I first walked in. And the bathroom smelt lovely too; really nice. clean. I enjoyed the big bed. Lots of space to for me to chill on. The balcony was lovely as well. I liked listening to the sound of the wind through the trees whilst on the balcony. The bus stop is less than five minutes away which was cool. The host has a good heart. Was down to earth, warm and friendly. Thank you for having me.

We loved staying at Myria’s! It was the perfect space for our family while we visited family in Paphos. It was spacious and clean and we loved the backyard. The pool stayed fairly warm but we were also there in July so that was to be expected with the high temps and we were still able to enjoy it. We would gladly come back and stay at the house or recommend it to others

We stayed for two weeks in George's bungalow. It's located on a excellent spot at the beach The location is quite, but there is everything you need in walking distance. The bungalow provides everything needed and we enjoyed the garden and the sunbeds, while the beach is only a few steps away. We will come back and can definitely recommend it.

O apartamento é tal como descrito. Muito espaçoso. Cozinha completamente equipada, foi possível cozinhar refeições. AC na sala e no quarto (muito necessário). Casa de banho pequena mas confortável, tinha alguns produtos de higiene disponíveis. Kristis foi muito atencioso.

Larysa was amazing from start to finish, we come regularly this is going to be our place when we need to stay somewhere. My daughter who is very fussy said her bed was so comfortable, has everything you need, we are out most of the day and come home for bed. We had the best holiday ever in Cyprus staying in the apartment. For those that are light sleeps like me, being so close to the harbour the road is quite noisey, I always use ear plugs where ever I am so this is not a problem. Thank you Larysa we are going home very happy family. xx

We were a party of four adults and two teenage children. The villa is set in a spacious plot with the pool positioned behind the villa for extra privacy. The pool itself is excellent and was cleaned twice in the week we were there. The surrounds are also great with plenty of seating and sun beds, both in the sun and in the shade. The inside of the villa is well appointed although some of the furniture is tired, not unusual for a rental property. The bedrooms are excellent with plenty of storage. The villa is a stones throw from a range of excellent restaurants, supermarkets and gift shops. The main beach is less than five minutes drive or an estimated 15 to 20 minute walk away. Overall a tremendous family friendly villa.

We had a great stay in Arianna's charming, comfortable place, which was decorated with a real style eye. Location-wise, we couldn't think of a better place we could have stayed in the Old Town. It was peaceful but right at the centre of things, next to a smart restaurant and an easy walk to buses. It was a little boho -- the odd missing lightbulb and loose door handles -- but the bed was comfortable, there was a decent shower and it was generally a really nice place to hang out in. Would definitely stay there again.

Mark was the perfect host nothing was too much trouble, very responsive to any questions we had. He had taken the time to send over some great recommendations for local restaurants and bars for us to visit too. Along with recommendations for best places to get some shopping, bus stops and generally getting around. House was fantastic, really easy to check in, spotlessly clean, lots of amenities, kids loved the pool ❤️. The location of the villa was perfect, close enough to get everywhere but peaceful and relaxing away from the hustle of paphos. One week wasn’t enough and our kids are already asking when we can go back.

The apartment is in a great location, it's easy to take the bus to/from airport (number 612), and the town and beach are easily walkable. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants. You can also get buses to other beaches and towns. We stayed for a month so made full use of the kitchen and washing machine- there was everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay here. As someone else has reported- google maps is slightly incorrect. The actual property is about 100 metres up the road, and on the other side of road. (Also note that electricity is payable separately, I hadn't noticed that in the listing)
