Waterfront holiday rentals in Paphos

L’appartamento di Elena è’ perfetto per una coppia ! La vista e’ stupenda e la sera si sentono le onde del mare dalla camera da letto ! Coral Bay molto vicina a piedi e anche Coralia Beach un po’ più distante ma sempre raggiungibile a piedi . Elena è’ una persona super gentile r disponibile nei consigli, negli aiuti ecc. ecc. L’appartamento molto pulito, bel terrazzo per aperitivi o cene !

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee and local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Anna - thank you! The apartment is great, parking close by, sea views from the apartment, balcony is amazing for morning coffees and doing some work. Easy access to the coastal path which is great for runs. Anna also, had toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving foam which was great! Also, had washing powder for the washing machine, though weren’t there long enough to use. Can’t fault the apartment at all.

Great location, very caring host. The appartment isn't brand new, but very good value for money. Well equiped and has a homy feeling. Like AirBnb used to be Kids loved the pool. The pictures of the view are certainly apt. It is situated close to the harbour, in between two beaches. Some very beautiful bays for snorkling that can easily be reached by bus (10 munutes, direction aphrodite or by one if the many boat excursions). Same for hiking routes We did not hire a car and it is certainly doable without. There is is medium sized supermarket nearby and a bus station. Ask Yiannos for a taxi company in case you need

Die Wohnung war toll und die Kommunikation war sehr einfach. Das einzige was nicht so schön war ist, dass der Pool mit einem Band abgesperrt war weil kein Bademeister da war. Man konnte trotzdem baden aber es sah nicht so schön aus

We spend 5 days in Sergei’s and Markus’s apartment. It was more than lovely. Even they have a nicely printed book of intorduction, instructions and program guides included in it. The terrace is even better in live. The kitchen is perfect, we could cook and using the washing machine. Also plus point should given because every AC/DC has stickers what related to it, so turn on-off - you can’t miss (also the washing machine has english stickers so cou can pick your washing program perfectly). The bedroom is cosy, we slept well there. There are two air conditioner (Gree) so it’s moders and has humidity mode. By walk you reach 3 shops, many restaurants and the Coral-bay beach is in 5 min walk! Bus line 615 can take you to Paphos in approximately 15-25 min ( depends on how many passengers travelling to different locations and 615 goes to Tombs of Kings station, from there take 611 to reach the harbour - 4 more stops). Я очень благодарна Наде за наш прекрасный отпуск! Квартира полностью соответствовала представленным фотографиям, а сама Надя оказалась очень радушной хозяйкой! Квартира чистая, красивая и очень просторная! Мы с детьми не только с комфортом разместились в разных спальнях, но также имели шикарную возможность заниматься учебой и работой в отдельном кабинете. Интернет в квартире летает! (проблем с рабочими видеосозвонами по Zoom не было никаких) До прекрасного пляжа неторопливым шагом 15 минут пешком. Также по дороге есть и маленький круглосуточный магазин, и большой Lidl. В пешей доступности ресторанчики и таверны. В период дневного зноя в квартире комфортно благодаря кондиционерам и вентиляторам. Также есть шикарная возможность окунуться в бассейн, доступный только жителям этого кондоминиума. Также у квартиры есть просторная терраса , где приятно встретить утро с чашечкой кофе или отдохнуть днем. В квартире есть вся необходимая посуда для приготовления пищи. Мы очень довольны!

The apartment is in a great location, it's easy to take the bus to/from airport (number 612), and the town and beach are easily walkable. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants. You can also get buses to other beaches and towns. We stayed for a month so made full use of the kitchen and washing machine- there was everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay here. As someone else has reported- google maps is slightly incorrect. The actual property is about 100 metres up the road, and on the other side of road. (Also note that electricity is payable separately, I hadn't noticed that in the listing)

Jonathan's place is well suited for a quiet relaxing holiday only a 5 minute walk to a main bus route from paphos to coral Bay. The pool was very quiet and most days we were the only people there. The host replied to all messages very promptly Well worth a visit

Carrie apartamentai yra tikrai išskirtiniai - unikali vieta prie pat jūros, daug įvairių erdvių ilsėtis. Nors kaimynystėje nemažai kitų namų, jautėmės labai privačiai. Kaimynai ramūs, aplink daug žalumos. Nors Pomos yra tikrai mažas miestelis, jame net keli neblogi restoranai, yra supermarketas. Šeimininkė labai maloni, leido check-in padaryti net keliomis valandomis anksčiau, nuolat rūpinosi mumis ir operatyviai atsakė į mūsų klausimus. Vienintelis nedidelis minusas tai jūros krantas - kiek status ir labai akmenuotas, todėl maudantis yra šioks toks diskomfortas. Bet visa kita buvo super, rekomenduoju..:)

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

Prachtige privé villa, van alle gemakken voorzien, nog mooier dan op de foto’s! De keuken is heel uitgebreid uitgerust, ruim huis en tuin, lokale producten uit de tuin, práchtige sterrenhemel ‘s nachts, heel groene omgeving, leuk om te wandelen. Paradise beach is op loopafstand en ook heel mooi, de zee was nog heerlijk om in te zwemmen (veel warmer dan het zwembad)!

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

We had a very nice stay, the house was great. Bit of struggle with the parking sometimes, but not a real issue.

We loved staying here as a family of 4. Bright, spacious and comfortable with all amenities. Very much enjoyed the outdoor patio with all the comfy seating and table/chairs. Just like the photos. Excellent, good size shared Pool! Great TV which we used with our media player. Private parking space for our rental car. Short walk to a small beach, but we drove to Coral Bay which is a lovely very large sandy beach 20 mins away. 2 supermarkets and 2 restaurants within 5 mins walk. Down by the harbour we would recommend Hondros ( authentic and old ) with amazing ice cream at the ‘E Cosi Gelataria’! Christina was very responsive to all enquiries and was a great host! We would love to return and stay here again!

We came over for 9 days in May 2025 , The host was on it from when we arrived she was very helpful and happy to help . The view from property is breathtaking, it’s private to a certain extent, there is a path next the house that explorers will appear down and at the bottom you get a lot of people wondering from the hotels along the front , even with this it’s still private . I found the property had almost everything you need to get by , I will say the property is warn in places or things were broken , for the amount of money you pay these things should be sorted. You are close enough to the “strip” For a nice meal but far enough that it’s dead quiet once it goes dark . We throughly enjoyed our stay and I would recommend to any family visiting the island ( rent a car though)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Frank qui nous a fait un super accueil ainsi que sa femme. Le logement était très propre et tout équipé. Il est très bien situé pas loin de la plage et restaurants et il y a une magnifique piscine à disposition. Je vous recommande vivement ce logement si vous voulez passer un agréable moment. Un GRAND merci à Frank et sa femme pour leur accueil, bienveillance et gentillesse 😀 Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

We had a lovely relaxing time. Lovely short stroll to fantastic restaurants on the waterfront. Beautiful harbour and lovely beach. Apartment was great, everything you need and more for a lovely relaxing stay.

The location is perfect — restaurants, the beach, a supermarket, and boat rentals are all just around the corner. The apartment is spacious, with a lovely balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the complimentary snacks and cold water waiting for us in the fridge — such a thoughtful touch after a long trip. We had small luggage, so the stairs were no problem, but be aware that there’s no elevator. It might be challenging if you have heavy bags or mobility issues. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

Séjour parfait. Le logement est vraiment très bien avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. L’environnement est paisible avec une belle piscine . L’emplacement est idéal avec notamment un supermarché/producteur à quelques mètres, nous avons pu tout faire à pied Notre hôte a été très réactif lors de notre arrivée nocturne où malheureusement les clés n’avaient pas été remises dans la boîte à clef Il a trouvé une solution pour nous et est resté en contact avec nous jusqu’à ce que nous puissions rentrer dans l’appartement à 1.30 du matin. Un grand merci à lui! Nous recommandons fortement

Een heerlijk weekje in dit appartement van Sylvia. De accomodatie kwam overeen met de foto’s en was erg schoon, fris en rook lekker door de aangesloten luchtverfrissers. Bij aankomst stond een fles mineraalwater klaar en een chocolaatje. Hier was ik behoorlijk aan toe na een lange reisdag. Fijn dat hier over na is gedacht. Sylvia komt over als een warm en vriendelijk persoon en was proactief. Tijdens mijn verblijf vroeg ze hoe het was en of ik vragen had. Ze heeft me toen geholpen met informatie over de buslijnen. Ik heb een fijne week gehad. Bedankt Sylvia!

Apartment was simply great. Big place, nice balcony, quiet building, parking spot everything one needs. Fully equipped kitchen for quick breakfasts or for who has time, big dinners can be cooked. Close to beaches, restaurants, mall shops etc. + reasonable driving distance to region's attractions. I totally recommend this place for long holidays!
