Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Paphos

• The host was very nice and friendly, answering all of my questions in under 10 minutes • The villa was easy to find and clear instructions • Very clean!!! • We had a great time! • So much extra that was very helpful and nice of her like shampoos etc, too much towels, washing machine, bowls, plates, big fridge, it had everything that you may need, oil vinegar etc) • Water from the fridge and ice • Very comfortable and tidy villa! • Beautiful view😍 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!!

We were very happy with our stay at Costas’s house. We not able to meet him, however he gave very clear instructions of how to find and access the property. He was very responsive to queries prior to and during our stay and nothing was an issue. And Tigra was there to greet us, show us round and check in every day after, sometimes bringing friends 😻 The house is very spacious with 2 sofas in the living room under the A/C unit and various seating options outside. The outside area does get the sun for much of the day however there is an umbrella over the table and where the hot tub is has an overhead cover which gave shade. Having multiple keys to the house was very useful, as were the UK style plug sockets! We found the bedroom comfortable with plenty of storage and there were plenty of additional towels if needed. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, and the downstairs WC is a bonus! We found it an easy walk to the Harbour and Lighthouse Beach was a 6 min drive away.

We had a great experience. The villa is very spacious and comfortable, and the scenery is beautiful. George is a very helpful and friendly host! Looking forward to returning one day.

Beautiful house located in one of the most peaceful village in Cyprus. Highly recommended if you would like to enjoy pure nature both on the beach and mountains. Amit gave me full information about the house and useful information of the village well in advance. I was so grateful for his help throughout my stay there😊

A lovely house in a very quiet Cypriot village. Lasa is a very small village, but as long as you have transport then lack of shops and restaurants isn't a problem, and it means that the village is very peaceful. The house feels like you're living in cyprus, nit in an international, bland hotel. Hosts are wonderfully responsive and really helpful.

We’ve been to many AirBnBs and have had a lot of wonderful experiences. At Florontia’s beautiful, stunningly artful, private and relaxing house, we had the best stay in all these years. Everything worked wonderfully and we highly recommend her house to everyone who wants to feel cosy and delighted on their holidays. It’s made in a lovely old country style with fine art and has a very welcoming touch. Even one of the fantastic artworks was made by Florentia herself. Everything worked perfectly - a fantastic kitchen where we sometimes cooked our favourite dishes when not at one of the many fine and landly restaurants in the area. A very high quality TV, antique furniture which was very comfortable as well as the beds upstairs. The courtyard is the perfect place for eating or relaxing with a good book. We will recommend her house to our friends and family too. Many thanks to Florentia for her kind help and many fine recommendations. We’ll be back.

Our stay at this beautiful property in Cyprus was absolutely perfect! The location is both elegant and luxurious, offering a peaceful and upscale atmosphere that made our trip truly special. Everything about the home and surroundings exceeded our expectations — it was comfortable, stylish, and very well-maintained. The only small issue we encountered was on our last day, when the cleaning staff arrived around 10:00 AM and seemed eager to begin, even though the Airbnb listing stated that checkout was at 11:00 AM. It created a bit of pressure as we were wrapping up our departure. Other than that, everything was flawless, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

Really nice villa with lots of space and great amenities. Views of the sea and close enough to shops, bars, beaches. Only negative was that the pool table was uneven and there were no table tennis balls. We fixed the table and bought balls from the shop, but would have preferred to avoid the hassle. All in all 9/10 👍

This is an excellent place to stay. It is easy to get to other locations and places of interest. Shops are a short drive away. The pool is a lovely size, I would recommend heating. The house has everything you'll need for your stay. The jewel is the beach which is a short walk away, it's really quiet, lovely views and nice walks, the sea is great for swimming. Only heads up is that we had difficulty following the directions we were given from the airport to the villa but should have just put the villa address into google maps or similar sat nav which would have been easier. We would definatley stay here again and really enjoyed the games rooms and all the facilities available. Thank you to Joseph who responded quickly to any issues we had, which were only one relating to a broken key. Overall everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

WOW!! What can I say!! Thank you for letting us stay here! What a space! This is a stunning villa! My wife and I wanted to escape the kids for a long weekend and we booked this villa. It is private and such a cool space to just relax. We walked down to the bay and swam in the sea, nothing like looking up at your own private villa from the beach simply stunning building. It was lovely and very private. The hot tub and sauna was wonderfully relaxing. It felt like a private spa weekend. The kitchen was usable and clean. The fridge is a good size. We didn't venture out far but found some nice restaurants around the harbour in Latchi just down the road. We felt like we were living the lifestyle of a millionaire, this villa is a stunning place to relax, sunbath and read books whilst enjoying the amazing view! Simply stunning we will be back 100%! An amazing house with everything you could possibly need, from kitchen utensils, outdoor kitchen, beautiful quality bedding, lots of towels and toiletries, there is nothing missing. Great selection of toys and books for all ages. We travelled with two toddlers and a baby and everything was available before we arrived, including all equipment needed and lots of fresh fruit, bread, milk etc. The kids loved the heated swimming pool. The house is spotless and very well maintained. A fantastic villa made only better by the fabulous host, Cristina. Cristina could not have been more helpful for anything we needed, she was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Cristina made excellent recommendations for restaurants and advised of local sights and things to do. A car is needed but the villa views and surrounding area are beautiful and it is perfect for relaxation. I would really highly recommend Cristina’s place and I hope to stay again!

The house was great. Amazing sea views and sunset views! Andri was always very responsive and attentive during our exchanges. She provided us with a welcome kit for our arrival. We were able to pick fruit in the garden (mangoes, figs, prickly pears, lemons...). If you're looking for peace and quiet and to be away from mass tourism, Pomos is a small village for you. A car is essential, however (just over an hour from Paphos airport). To do big shopping at the supermarket, you have to go to Polis (a good twenty minutes). For sea trips, it's in Latchi that it happens. I recommend the small beach of Gialia (10 minutes drive) where you will be alone in the world!! It's one of the few sandy beaches in the area. There is also in Pomos the dragon's cave, a small cove where you can also swim without being disturbed. We had an unforgettable vacation.

The villa was just perfect for our big family vacation (18 people, incl 6 kids). Large spaces, beautiful, peaceful surrounding, walking distance hidden beach etc. Can just recommend!

We had a wonderfully relaxing time at Villa Anna and we definitely recommend it! It felt just like visiting our grandparents’ house in the village, combined with a touch of modernism. The beautiful garden and quiet neighborhood made our stay even more enjoyable. One thing to note: while the listing offers a two-bedroom house, only one bedroom is available for use. If you’re not a couple, it's best to inform the owner in advance. Overall, a lovely experience!
