Holiday rentals with a patio in Papillion

With the awesome back and front porches at the foot of the bluffs, this was a great place to stay. Sure it’s an older home and not very big, but it was priced right for everything that was included. Will stay again!!

Eva’s place was amazing-super cool & comfortable. Very nicely stocked with coffee and extras. The close location to Turner Park and Midtown Crossing was perfect for my pup Eva to get in walks and potty time. The building is a very midcentury which was fun to experience. Parking is convenient and the check-in/checkout was exceptionally easy. What a great stay! 🐾

I had the opportunity to meet Denise and was delighted. She is friendly and helpful. The rooms were as described, comfortable and very clean. I didn't check before hand, but the heatung and A/C is set upstairs and you're unable to adjust it downstairs. It stays a fairly comfortable temperature thoguh and there is a portable fan in the bedroom.

We had a really nice stay! We visited some friends in Nebraska the place is very nice! The only thing is the fire alarms were super touchy, the upstairs guest cooked food that set the fire alarms off & smelled up the bottom floor. Other than that it was a super nice stay & the host even let us cook on the grill I’d definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Mariah's place and would gladly stay here again. The apartment was spacious, clean and welcoming! It was well stocked and left nothing missing! You can tell someone took great care in furnishing it and making it that you feel right at home. As we arrived late after an international flight, it was possible for us to do a self-check in which really helped. The only thing we thought was a bit impersonal (you can tell it's probably run by a company) was the communication. Although we had booked and communicated that we were gonna arrive with little children they forgot to make the sofa bed which was a bit stressful in the middle of the night with three small jet-lagged children. We ended up finding the stuff because the apartment was well organized so in the end it was not too big of a problem jusr a bit stressful. We would have thought that they would at least apologize which they didnt which is why we would say the communication should be a bit better/personal.

If you’re staying in Omaha, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. From views, location and comfort, I can’t recommend it enough 10/10.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was right off of a main road and easy to navigate throughout town, while still feeling tucked away and private, particularly as we were on the second story. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the space was just what we needed. As an added bonus, there is an amazing coffee shop a very short walk away for your morning coffee fix. We would stay at Gary's place again in a heartbeat!

Carly was very responsive with all questions, giving recommendations and helping make our stay go smoothly. We were comfortable and enjoyed our space while staying in Omaha!

Lcoated in a super quiet neighborhood, Randy's place was absolutely perfect! My family and I come to Omaha quite often and can honestly say that Randy's place was in the top 3 for favorite accommodations thus far. It was centrally located -- everything we wanted to do was within a 15 minute driving radius. The home itself offered beautiful natural light in the den and if it had been warmer, a beautiful swimming pool to be enjoyed. The backyard reminded us of a zen garden the way it had been landscaped. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Not to mention the water pressure was amazing too! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone visiting Omaha. We felt right at home.

We had a great week with our friends from out of state that had heard about Omaha's zoo. Nothing better than getting home from a day at the zoo than getting in the pool! The kids had a great time. I would definitely stay here again!

When we 1st arrived we were a little apprehensive due to being tired and there were several boarded up homes in the area. However, after a good nights sleep we were feeling more comfortable and raring to go. Our 1st stop was the Zoo, spending all day there, only returning home for dinner then out again to walk the Bob Kerrey Bridge. That evening we ventured down the alley to find the Bohemian Restaurant, that is not longer in business but they keep the sign up anyways, LOL, according the the Czech Bar. We spent several hours there talking to the bartender and meet Pam and Bob. So interesting and friendly. Yep we will be back there, for sure. Next day we went to the Lauritzen Gardens, the Durham Museum and walked downtown. Can't say enough about our experience except that when we come back we would stay here. You guys made our stay a memorable one. We have been bragging every since we arrived home. 100% Thank you!

We stayed for an extended weekend and were happy with our experience. The house is in a nice neighborhood, but you can always hear the highway noise. With that said, easy to drive anywhere in Omaha based on proximity to the highways. Aaron was responsive and helpful when needed!

The Olive Branch is a beautiful modern home. Spacious and comfortable for 6 people. Terry is a great host! Very responsive to questions and proactive to ensure arrival and departure go smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect set up for our extended family! Host was very responsive and accommodating, and the house was wonderfully clean. Extra little things set this place apart - snacks, games, and movies! It was just what we needed for the weekend.

Our family spends one week every summer in Omaha and select AirBNB residences to do so. We are very selective; ratings and reviews carry a significant amount of weight. Kyle and Hannah and co-host James were very communicative and friendly. The home was a 5-star property and they were 5-star hosts! To summarize some of the highlights: the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, the access to the garage and garage door opener made the use of the space seamless and efficient for our family, the property was clean and well maintained inside and out, the play area downstairs was a big hit for our kids, the tv’s in every room were an extra benefit to wind down at the end of the night, and the corner lot with a decent sized yard was a bonus for our kids. We have no complaints and will certainly be back.

We come to town every year as vendors for an event. This was so much better than a hotel. Thank you!

Whitney was quick to respond to our needs/questions. House is simple but clean. Parking can be confusing in the back lot and street parking is limited in the evening. Overall met our needs. Would book again.

Place was very nice and centrally located to everything we needed. Huge bedrooms and lots of space. Host was very easy to deal with, communicated great. Only downside is how loud the street is at night (very busy road) but there were ear plugs in the nightstands if needed. Would definitely stay there again if the need arose!

Jane went above and beyond — and yes, that’s a cliche, but seriously — she did more than what I ever would have expected any host to do to make sure we enjoyed our getaway weekend. She was incredibly informative, helpful, and accommodating - I will be sure to book with her again when I return to Omaha!

I felt very safe and secure at this location. Lots of construction in the area but nothing that could bother you. Just upgrading these horrible roads in Omaha. It was a comfy home like spot. I loved having the balcony. The bed was super comfy. The place was cool and I plan to stay there again! Jamar was super cool and responsive. Thank you!
