"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

The Blacksmith's Shop

"Ancient blacksmith's workshop dating back to the late 1700s, nestled at the foot of the Tuscan hills. An ideal retreat for those seeking peace and authenticity, yet also a perfect base for experiencing the events of Lucca and Pisa (Puccini Festival, Lucca Comics, Luminara, etc.). The recent renovation has restored the Blacksmith's Workshop to its original charm while making it cozy and functional. Its location makes it a captivating choice for discovering the beauty of Tuscany."

The apartment consists of a living room entrance with a sofa and a double sofa bed, a kitchen with a closet, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with two beds. All for exclusive use without shared parts.
