It has a large outdoor area with a swimming pool and waterfall, a restroom, a steam sauna with a shower, a kitchen, a barbecue grill, a refrigerator, a cooktop, a microwave, an Airfryer, and kitchen utensils. There is separate access to the suite. The suite is two steps away from the Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas bike path, a 5-minute walk from the Botanical Garden, and a 10-minute drive from Copacabana, Leblon, and Ipanema beaches.

Magnífica Casa, on the island of Paquetá, just 1 hour by boat from downtown Rio de Janeiro. House with 3 suites, a bedroom and an external suite, all with air-conditioning and large swimming pool with barbecue. In the pool area, we have a barbecue grill, a refrigerator, a freezer, a cooler, a stove, dishes, cutlery, and glasses for up to 35 people, as well as a speaker that you can pair with your cell phone to listen to your favorite music. Great home to spend weekends with family and friends.

Paquetá - Gaudi Tower

Great studio with panoramic views of the bottom of Guanabara Bay and Serra dos Órgãos, attached to Casa de Artes Paquetá, the neighborhood's cultural center. The Gaudi Tower is located next to an important historical region of the island and surrounded by lots of greenery and tranquility on all sides. All rooms are very airy, with high ceilings and large windows that frame the ocean view. The studio has a large outdoor balcony, where Gaudi's sofa invites you to sunbathe and gaze at the moon.
