Family-friendly holiday rentals in Paradera

We stayed at Divi before and booked direct with resort. This time we found a room on air bnb. Also, Olga & Slav have a 2 bedroom which is hard/impossible to find direct with resort. All of the amenities needed were in room and there was even stuff to use at pool/beach in the closet. The hosts were very responsive to questions and proactively communicated info on check in and WiFi. We would definitely stay again.

Absolute Perfection – A Slice of Paradise! Staying at Gustavo’s condo in the Oasis Luxury Condos near Eagle Beach was everything we hoped for and more. The location is simply unbeatable—peaceful, quiet, and just a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The gated community felt very safe and welcoming, and the entire complex is beautifully maintained. The condo itself was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. From morning coffee on the patio to evenings by the pool, every moment felt like a dream. Gustavo was an outstanding host—extremely responsive and helpful, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. If you’re looking for tranquility, luxury, and convenience all in one, this is it. Truly all you could ever want in the most amazing location. We’re already planning our return—thank you, Gustavo, for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

The entire stay was as advertised. It truly exceeded expectation by checking off even the small things Big shower with great water pressure and plenty of hot water The AC worked well and kept the room as cold as desired The entire process was very simple and explained throughly before check in and check out.

Loved Izzy’s place! It was safe, clean and convenient. 5-10 minutes drive to beaches & restaurants. Apartment was well maintained and stocked really well. Everything we needed for a 5 days stay was provided for; from kitchen appliances to washer and dryer and even laundry detergent! Izzy was so responsive to all of our questions and needs and her response time was exemplary! Izzy also provided 2 beach chairs and a cooler, which were very useful. Adding a small beach umbrella to the amenities would be amazing since some beaches ran out of umbrella rental. Five stars and highly recommend Izzy’s place!

We had a lovely stay at Rafael’s condo in Noord! Very close to lots of restaurants and not a far drive from the airport or downtown area. Rafael’s home was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. We had plenty of towels, hot water, and a kitchen fully stacked with utensils and amenities. AC worked great. Also loved the access to washer and dryer inside the home. The complex has 3 pools, a hot tub, Clubhouse, and gym as well. We had one small issue with the dryer not working but Rafael answered promptly and sent someone immediately to check on the issue and it was resolved in a matter of hours. Overall loved this stay and highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay! The place was absolutely spotless and slept 5 no problem. Mauro was great! Gave us detailed instructions before we arrived and didn't have to bother him for any issue!

Resort was perfect . Only thing that sucked was the hot tub not in use . And the shower water gets warm after about 10 mins . But everything else was straight

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was seamless, and Ricardo was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The location is perfect—close to a grocery store and a short walk to Eagle Beach (even after a full beach day, the walk was easy!). The condo was very well stocked with everything we could have needed and more. While the beds are a bit dated, they were sufficient for our stay. We’d absolutely recommend this place and would gladly return! Thank you Ricardo & Maria—A+++ would recommend!

This is a beautiful home with all of the amenities described. We had a party of nine so there was plenty of space plus more to spare. The pool and got tub were amazing, and the slide was as fun as advertised. We rented cars, and getting there from the airport was a bit tough, but once we got there getting around for the remainder of the week was very easy. We loved the kitchen which was equipped with every appliance needed. The washer and dryer were older models, but they got the job done. The only minor inconveniences noted were that it took a day or so for the main/kitchen area to really cool down, but once it did, it was comfortable. The other side of the house was noticeably colder throughout the week. We ran out of toilet paper. And it took a little while for the water to warm up when using the showers. Also, it would be nice to have a TV in one of the common areas for group viewing. All in all I would love to stay there again, and would recommend it to others too!

Our stay was for only one night but we would have stayed longer and will keep her place in min for when we come back!

A great place to stay as a solo traveller or travelling 2, situated in a nice safe neighbourhood walking distance to the beach and main cruise area. Very friendly and accommodating hosts would gladly stay again in the future :)

Very practical and comfortable accommodation, spacious and well equipped. Excellent value for money. A separate mention for Antonio, always attentive and predisposed, allowed us to enter earlier and retire later.

We needed this property quickly as we decided to extend our stay, for a day, last minute. When we pulled up we were greeted by Fiar, who walked us through the property. He also texted me so I could have direct communication with him at my convenience. During our initial contact, we spoke about breakfast places in the area and Fiar immediately texted some options after he left. Later that night we had an unfortunate issue, as our rental car broke down. I let Fiar know about the situation, and he arranged a taxi for us to the airport the next day. As for the property, it sits right on the water, so the patio is it's best attribute, but, that being said, I'm definitely not taking away from the home itself. The bed was very comfortable, and the home is very clean and updated. To sum it up, our stay was A+ in every possible metric. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Aruba.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning kept us cool, and the well-stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals, which was a huge plus for our family. The outdoor space was pure heaven—our family spent so much time enjoying the beautiful pool, swimming multiple times a day! It truly felt like our private oasis. The location was perfect as well, making it easy to explore the island while having a relaxing, comfortable retreat to come back to. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect home base in Aruba! We hope to be back someday and wi recommend this place to friends!

We had an amazing time at Mariebelle's. The house is gorgeous and 5 minutes away from restaurants in Palm Beach, 3 min away from Eagle beach and 2 min away from the Super Food Plaza supermarket. Mariebelle was always responsive to any question we had and helfull when ever we needed something. We hope that her place will be avaliable next time we plan our Trip to Aruba. We’re very happy with our stay. No frills place with everything you need and even better people who run it! Not only Marc and Vee are excellent hosts, they are even better people! They always go extra mile to make you happy as a customer. If you really need something (as crazy as it might sound), those things magically appear because Marc and Vee make them to. For our next stay in the island, I’d never hesitate to book with them again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The host was great to deal with! Location of the condo was awesome being very central on the island and close to Eagle beach. The unit itself was comfortable and clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Parking stall is directly out front and the whole complex is gated. Overall we felt very safe in Aruba and would definitely return again.

My stay at Judy's Palm Beach home over the holiday season was absolutely perfect! The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive and cozy atmosphere. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and even more stunning than the photos. Judy was an exceptional host—quick to respond, incredibly accommodating, and thoughtful in every detail. She provided clear instructions for check-in and even left a lovely welcome gift for us, which was a wonderful touch. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, spacious, and offered great privacy and security. The kitchen amenities were excellent, making it easy to prepare meals. The parking spots were very convenient, and the area was incredibly peaceful. Plus, the location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were very nice. The house was very clean and inviting when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped (except for a broken can opener) with dishes, skillets, pots, coffee maker, blender, etc. The best part of the property was the outside seating areas and pool (with a shower and bathroom next to the pool). It was comfortable with shade or sun during the day and was great at night with the string lights. The property felt private and very safe, especially with the gated entrance. The door had a keycode and automatically locked after a few seconds. Plus, there was a security system installed. There were enough bath towels and beach towels for each person. There were 3 classic beach chairs and 3-4 folding lawn chairs (which worked as beach chairs). There were several coolers available and some basic sand toys for kids. Check out was simple. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!
