We had a great stay! The space is spotless and the atmosphere of the house very warm and welcoming. The amenities also meet the description of the home. The location (15 minutes from the nearest beach) very beautiful and picturesque, with nice options for going out, yet quiet and serene. For us, what stood out was the ethos of the hosts… Exceptional people, very kind, hospitable, willing to solve any problem (if it came up). We would definitely prefer them again on a second visit to the island!

What can I say. the apartment was great. Truly an incredible view to wake up to. Friendly and responsive host. great for our family. Easy to find, easy street parking. Food in the area was great. greek vanilla pastry is the best.. we would rate the place very highly. The only thing is the carrying of luggage up the stairs, but it's worth it. thank you for the great stay.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful. Markeliana’s mom was extremely friendly and thoughtful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Since we were staying near Christmas, the apartment was beautifully decorated with a Christmas theme, which added a special touch to our experience. Additionally, there were lovely fresh flowers in the apartment, which made the ambiance even more delightful. The cleanliness was outstanding everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. The bed was very comfortable with a high-quality mattress, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location and the view were stunning, making our stay even more enjoyable. It truly felt like home, not just a rental place! A huge thank you to the host, and we sincerely hope to stay here again in the future.

As soon as we walked in the door, our dear Vasili offered us a great cake. She thought of everything for our son and ours to be comfortable throughout the stay. When we left the house, he invited us to breakfast in his own house and we all had great hours together. Even after we return, we still remember you and talk about you. Glad we crossed paths. Great! Cute and comfortable apartment. Very clean. Innovative and cozy design. A prime location in the center of everything! Free public parking next to the building. An elevator that helped us a lot to get around with the cart. Yanis and Mariana were very helpful and nice. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our trip to the fullest with their hospitality, suggestions and gestures. The apartment was in the middle of the center and it was easy to reach everywhere in the center by foot. The apartment was clean, minimalistic including everything we’d need, the bed and the sofa was comfortable. As it’s not the high season yet, most of the beach areas were closed and their family beach club was more than enough to cover all our needs: a turquoise, calm sea, very comfortable sunbeds and a tasty restaurant with beautiful design.

Yianni’s place was just what I needed after a very wet day’s cycling. It’s nice and modern and everything works. Place was spotlessly clean too. Coffee machine a nice touch. It’s an easy walk into town and takes about 10 mins and there’s a little supermarket 2-3 mins away. The way back from town takes a bit longer as Kavala is seriously hilly in places.

Absolutely loved our stay in Kavala at this charming place! The view from the window was truly breathtaking and made the uphill climb completely worthwhile. Having a parking spot was a huge plus given the limited availability in the area. The space was cozy and clean and the bedroom was comfortable. We also appreciated the hot water with great pressure—it was perfect for unwinding. Overall, it was a delightful and relaxing quick getaway. Highly recommend!

It was amazing, quiet place with magnificient view. If you are looking for relaxation this is the place, you also have sea view. 15 min walk to the beach. Thank you Andreea for everything🤍

The house is wonderful with the most beautiful view in Kavala!!! fully equipped with elevator and parking! as for the hostess, very kind, very helpful and responsive!!! we would definitely visit it again and recommend it unreservedly!!!

The apartment is exactly as described. Great place, near lot of restaurants and bars. 3 mins walking until the closest beach. The owner is very friendly and responsive. Would come back with pleasure.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was very quiet and only 5-6 minutes driving distance from the city centre. Our hosts were very proactive in their communication with us. The apartment is very new. We particularly enjoyed the terrace as well as the complimentary wine, juice and breakfast spreads. Every little detail was considered by the host. We will definately stay here again when we visit Kavala the next time.

The accommodation looks like on the pictures. It is a spacious apartment, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, there is apart of air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living room. As a location it is an ideal one that you can visit all the island and there is a very large parking at 20 meters. Right next door is a rental center scooters and atvs with very good prices. I highly recommend!

Οne of the cleanest, most beautifully decorated and well-equipped apartmentσ I have stayed in. The location in Prinos is optimal, short driving distance to some of the best beaches in the island as well as great supermarkets. As mentioned, the apartment is fully-stocked , so if you want to cook you'll have everything you need. The hosts live in the apartment above this one and they are available for any issue that might arise (although we had zero issues). Highly recommended for anyone visiting Thasos and wants some piece and quiet.

We had a lovely stay at Verde Villa. Everything was as described, the bakery around the corner has some great croissants, supermarket is really close and the walk to the beach is fairly short. Recommend for groups up to 6 people.
