Lucy was very easy to get ahold of. The place was extremely clean, in a great location, and well priced! I will definitely go back when in Newfoundland 🙂

Very cozy, comfortable and clean, plus very close to the T'Railway paths which was a beautiful place to get out for a walk every day! The house is on a quiet street, but easy to get to the main highways. Jenelle made sure we had everything we needed! We had a wonderful stay!

My partner and I had a great stay in Conception Bay South. Tessa and Justin were amazing hosts, very friendly and kind. Tessa even went out of her way to give me a ride to my event when we didn't have a rental car. The location was also great, a quiet street that is a walk away from restaurants and a grocery store. Overall, I highly recommend this place! But I would suggest getting a rental car as it is about a 20 minute drive from St. John's.

Susan is a great host - very informative and responsive. The apartment was very cozy and fully equipped. Excellent choice in the St John's area.

Judy's place was spacious, clean, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed spending time in the kitchen with an island that was also usable as a breakfast stand and workspace. Overall, the place was great to relax in after doing touristy things around St. John's during the day.

Could not have had a better stay at Mark’s place. It was centrally located, in a quiet neighbourhood, and by far one of the most clean Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. I would not hesitate to book here again on my next trip to town, and will be recommending it to my friends and family as well.

A beautiful apartment. Well equipped with some nice touches. The beds were so comfortable. Andrea was always helpful and gave us some good advice about eateries. She also generously provided milk, bread and butter, as we were arriving just before midnight after a flight from Vancouver.

This was a perfect “home base” for our first visit to Newfoundland. Convenient location, enough space for my family to sleep comfortably, and hang out between outings. Definitely would recommend!

The apt was easy to find and very comfortable. Even though we were in a basement apt, we found it very quiet. We enjoyed having the queen size bed. Paul provided us with an air bed and linens to accommodate our group of four. He also welcomed us with some tasteful goodies to enjoy. We would stay there again.

We, 4 adults, spent 5 nights at Samuel's place. The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Described well in the listing. We had no issues with finding the place. It's located in a new subdivision not too far off Kenmount Road - a major road in the area. One of the main reasons for booking. The kitchen was stocked with essentials which allowed us to cook breakfast and meals. There were assorted coffees, teas and hot chocolate plus a variety of spices and seasonings. In addition, when I inquired about a bbq , Samuel was accommodating and provided us with one. We enjoyed an incredible steak meal, as a result. Thanks so much for this Samuel. You went above and beyond. Samuel remained in contact throughout the entire process and visit. He wanted to ensure our stay was enjoyable and that everything was in order - greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for everything, Samuel. We look forward to our next visit.

This suite was perfect for my stay, and was just as described. It was clean, comfortable and modern. Loved the heated floors in the washroom, the comfortable TV seating area, and the efficient galley kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the location was quiet. The suite had loads of natural light with beautiful large windows. The host was helpful, professional and responsive. I would definitely stay again!

Fabulous! Walking distance to downtown, Signal Hill, The Rooms, the water. Just be prepared for a bit of hill walking! The place was clean, quaint, charming and cozy. I highly recommend staying here.

Spent the night away for my birth weekend, it was exactly what I needed. A small quiet cozy place to just unwind and recoup. The hot tub was a beautiful way to end the long day. Will be booking again in the future. Thank you for a beautiful peaceful stay

We loved the rental. My son is gluten-intolerant, so we appreciated the full kitchen and the chance to prepare our own meals. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, the ample and comfortable beds, the cozy furniture, and the unique touches--highlights of Alannah and her obviously stellar musical career as well as lovely prints of Newfoundland. The unit was easy to get to and was, as advertised, a quick 5-minute drive to downtown. We were able to easily get to our other adventures from the rental too--coves, trails, ziplining, and sea kayaking. It was perfect--I highly recommend Gordon's rental.

The apartment was very clean, bright, and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and close to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay at Michelle’s home and would definitely recommend it to others!

Great stay, loved the hot tub wish we were allowed in it a little later, very clean, host was very friendly and helpful.

The most beautiful location for a family gathering, such as ours. The cookhouse was an unexpected surprise and gave the boys a place to enjoy. The roomy layout allowed for a very successful get together and your outdoor spaces and hot tub were a true success. Perfect location for daily activities along the Avalon coastline, would love to return. Thank you Crystal & Wayne
