¡Hermoso y cómodo lugar! Bien ubicado, zona tranquila pero con todas las comodidades que se necesitan. Cerca de la calle principal y comercios para abastecerse. El anfitrión muy amable y atento. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos allí.

Man glaubt kaum in Paraguay zu sein, wenn man das sehr moderne, geschmackvolle und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Haus von Richard und Alex betritt. Das Haus bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt, sogar eine Badewanne und Spülmaschine. Die Poolanlage bietet viel Privatsphäre und steht nur den Gästen der beiden identischen Ferienhäuser zur Verfügung. Diese liegen sehr ruhig inmitten wunderbarer Natur, von Pferden, Kühen bis hin zu Hühnern inklusive eines privaten Waldes für entspannende Spaziergänge. Wer Wert auf Ruhe und Privatsphäre legt, ist hier genau richtig, beeindruckende Sonnenuntergänge inklusive. Die wunderbaren Gastgeber Richard und Alex wohnen ebenfalls auf dem großzügigen Gelände und sind immer da, wenn man sie braucht. Sie haben immer ein offenes Ohr für die Wünsche ihrer Gäste und geben Tipps für die Umgebung. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert! Wir kommen wieder!

Hola excelente lugar, ubicación espectacular. Lo único que 2 de sus aires no funcionan, y no tienen los mínimos elementos de aseo (papel higiénico, jabón de hotel.) de resto un lugar espectacular con vista inolvidable.

¡Un rincón perfecto para disfrutar Asunción! Este maravilloso apartamento es ideal para descubrir la ciudad desde la comodidad y el buen gusto. Cuenta con una terraza tranquila, rodeada de vegetación, donde podrás relajarte sin el bullicio de la calle. La cama es increíblemente cómoda, perfecta para un buen descanso tras explorar la ciudad. En la azotea, te esperan vistas espectaculares de Asunción: un lugar ideal para tomar un café por la mañana o disfrutar del atardecer. Quiero destacar también la atención del personal del edificio: siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Un agradecimiento especial a Tony, quien hizo que mi estadía fuera aún más placentera. ¡Sin duda volveré este año!

Excelente lugar, pasamos de maravillas, una cabaña tranquila totalmente equipada para todas las necesidades, amplio patio cerrado, la habitación es hermosa y la sala que tiene sofá cama de lujo. Está a cuadras de todo! hay supermercado y todo el centro super cerca. Sin dudas vamos a volver. Buenísima atención de la anfitriona.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing place and were completely captivated by its connection with nature. The serene environment and the beautifully maintained spaces are perfect for romantic strolls or family walks with kids where you can find a lot of friendly animals (dogs, horses, etc). My girlfriend and I felt an intriguing connection with the place that made our stay truly special. The wooden cabins offered a unique experience, seamlessly blending comfort with the natural surroundings. Jasmin and her entire family were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. I had the delightful opportunity to have many engaging conversations with Sabrina, Jasmin's mother. She shared fascinating life experiences and talked about the wonderful times they're having in Paraguay. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I would love to return every chance I get, especially because of the convenient car connections to nearby cities like Sanber, Altos, Caacupe, and Atyra.

Wonderful place in the countryside, I really enjoyed my stay there. It’s very peaceful. There are a few very friendly dogs on the property, I liked that. Great host!

Toen we aankwamen, waren we direct verliefd op het mooie stukje terrein. Het staat vol met fruitbomen, en prachtige planten en heeft overal leuke plekjes om te zitten. Het uitzicht was geweldig! Je kan genieten van de gezelligheid aan het meer, en van alle dieren en vogels in de omgeving. In het weekend is er muziek van alle kanten van het meer. Er werden ook feestjes en bbq op het terrein gevierd, en dat bracht een gezellige sfeer. De host was vriendelijk en reageerde snel wanneer we iets wilde vragen, ook bijboeken was geen probleem. Helaas was het fornuis niet in werking, maar daar kwamen ze snel vervanging voor brengen, zodat wij alsnog konden koken. De slaapkamers waren fijn om te slapen. Het hele huis was mooi ingericht. De omgeving en het terrein zowel als het huis is zeker de moeite waard om te logeren. Ik hoop dat ik hier ooit nog terug zal komen.

Practico Alojamiento en San Ber, siempre elijo este lugar para mis vaciles de verano, el que mejor relación costo beneficio tiene sin lugar a dudas y la tensión es 10 puntos.

Buena estadía y recepción ! Solo que mucha gente en el entorno y había entendido de que toda la cabaña incluía en el costo pero lo demás impecable 🙌 Lq atención de Alexis y Matias estupenda 👌 Volveré! ☺️
