Welcome To Yannis. This studio has a small kitchenette for minor cooking, toaster, and kettle. Air-con , Fridge, T.V , Wiifii and hairdryer. A small, private outside balcony with a fantastic ocean view. Built into the side of the hill, and under our other rooms, due to its structure has a lower than normal ceiling. The bathroom has no window but has an automatic air extractor. Fantastic location with only a 5 min walk to town, and 10 min walk to beach. Bookings only accepted if you are over 21

Sea and Sun ll

Sea and Sun ll is a brand new Cycladic house with an amazing view to Mylopotas beach. It includes a double bed and a sofa/folded bed. The small villa is fully equipped. There is also access to a shared pool where you can enjoy by watching the sunset. It is only 900 meters away from Mylopotas beach (keep in mind the bumpy,rocky,dirt road, car/ATV always recommended). If you are a big company you can book this house with 'Sea and Sun l' which is located in the same area. Excellent for 8-9 people.

We have never felt so welcomed anywhere as we felt at Heliopetras. We were treated extremely well by Ioanna and Michalis in their little slice of heaven. We laughed a lot and slept so well In this beautiful place meticulously built and designed by the owners. From great recommendations for local food and entertainment to transportation anywhere we wanted to go, we were so well taken care of and safe. There was a feeling of tranquillity and calm. The sunset and view from the property is extraordinary. You will love it. We didn’t want to leave.

Me and 2 other girls stayed at Vaggos' place for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. On arrival into Ios, Vaggos picked us up from the port and took us to the apartment free of charge (and back again when leaving). He was very friendly and absolutely lovely. On the way he stopped to show us how to walk into the town, to the beach, where to get the bus from, as well as telling us a few restaurant/cafe recommendations. We had an early ferry into Ios so wasn't expecting to be able to check in to our room but he had it ready for us which was amazing! The room itself felt very spacious, had an equipped kitchen and an outdoor seating area. The apartment was ~10 minute walk into the town where there was lots of restaurants, shops and nightlife. Some of this walk was up stairs but if you didn't want to walk there is a bus stop right outside the apartment that takes you up. The 2 main beaches were also walking distance but the bus also went there. Highly recommend staying here if visiting Ios!

We had a lovely stay! Mrs Bernice was super kind and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Everything was clean. Also, great location, walking distance from the beach and port but still very quiet.
