I can get used with living for the rest of my life in Katerina's house. The house is perfectly located near your own piece of beach. It has that beautiful Greek charm. Although at first we were surprised by the lack of air conditioning, it turns out you don't need it. The rooms are breezy enough. BIG Pluses: 1. The terrace 2. The beach 3. The breezy rooms 4. Katerina and her family We had a wonderfull vacation, surrounded by the quiet and peace of the sea. No crowds of tourists, no loud music and traffic. Perfect!

The place looks even better in reality than it does in the pictures. The house and yard are very big and spacious, everything was super clean, well organized and well equipped. The communication was excellent, the host was super responsive and helpful all the time. We felt wonderful and would definitely come back 😊

Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen, die Wohnung war sehr schön und sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Ausstattung war super, von Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Föhn bis rezeptfreie Schmerzmittel und Mückenabwehrmittel wurden wir gut ausgestattet. Sogar Wattepads und Flipflops waren vorhanden. Im Kühlschrank gab es einen Willkommensgruß (Wein) und zwei kalte Getränke. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, wurden diese schnell beantwortet. Die Lage war ruhig, der Blick vom Balkon wunderschön. Gegenüber gab es einen unbelebten Strandabschnitt, dort konnte man gut alleine sein. Ein paar Kilometer weiter gab es eine Art beach bar, mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen zum Mieten für wenig Geld. Kaffee, Getränke und kleine snacks gab es dort auch. Asprovalta ist ca. 10/15 min entfernt. Hier kann man schöne lauwarme Sommerabende mit guter Gastronomie genießen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

We spent wonderful time with all our big family and had amazing incoming surprise from the Tasos Stella. Garden is beautiful and weather was nice. Sea is closed, so we enjoyed nice time on the beach too. Many thanks to Stella and Tasos!

We had the most fantastic time in Διαμαντούλα's beautiful home! Our group of friends was visiting Kavala for a wedding, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house was as gorgeous as in the photos and had everything we needed. It is located less than a 5-minute walk from the beach, featuring crystal-clear water and ample privacy. The best part of our stay was the kindness our hosts showed us. Konstantinos was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering help with taxi booking and other necessities. Διαμαντούλα brought us delicious olive oil they had produced themselves, eggs from their chickens, and delicious fresh potatoes. We have no complaints about our stay and look forward to returning soon! Ευχαριστώ

We had a great New Year's stay at Anthony's place. The house is wonderful. It is located in a quiet area but in the same time very close to the beach and within walking distance to the restaurants, bars and shopping area. It has spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen. There is a toilet to each of the bedrooms as well as a terrace. The fireplace made our winter stay very cosy. The fenced yard is perfect for children and/or pets. Anthony is a great host, very friendly and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend his house if you want a quiet, relaxing vacation next to the beach.

Beach is literally your yard, you just need to cross the street. House is well equipped, clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this place! The communication was smooth and prompt, and they made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space was just as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. I felt right at home and truly appreciated their attention to detail. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Endroit très paisible avec des hôtes super accueillants! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et le petit déjeuner maison qui était délicieux!

хорошие, новые апартаменты. Места достаточно для 2х взрослых и ребёнка. Есть все необходимое для короткой поездки. Оснащенная кухня, чистая ванная. Хорошие кровати и свежее белье. Бассейн во дворе. Расположение удобное, близко до моря и до улицы с ресторанам и супермаркета. Из минусов: В сезон я бы не стала арендовать эту квартиру, хотелось бы больше приватности (для меня это важно) . Слишком маленькая территория и вы будете постоянно сталкиваться с соседями, слушать их разговоры, возле бассейна отдохнуть не получится, особенно если вы живёте на втором этаже . Сам городок пыльный и не очень чистый. Много строек и из за этого шум. Бегают бездомные собаки!!! и лают на проезжающие машины.

Ev tam anlamıyla harika. İçi tertemiz, havuz güzel, deniz görünüyor. Ve kafa dinlemek için aşırı güzel bir konumda. Herşeyiyle çok memnun kaldık ve tekrar gitmek çok isteriz.

Къщичките в комплекса са чудесни-много добре оборудвани, нови и чисти. Компанията, която стопанисва имотите е организирала всичко много професионално. Правиката са ясни стриктни. Прекарахме си чудесно и препоръчвам мястот на всички, които търсят престой в Офринио.

Great place! Vasilis and his father are very friendly, the fridge was fully prepared for guests. The location is perfect, just 10mins to Nea Peramos with car and 4-5 mins walk to the beach.

Wir hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Lage, nah am Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Eine saubere und gemütliche Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Ich werde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und gerne wieder kommen.

Lovely house close to the beach and bars. A lot of space and two magnificent terraces on both floors. Perfect at all. Special thanks go to the hosts, who were speaking advanced english!

The place is very clean and cosy. It is beautufully decorated and comfortable. The house is situated in the center but is still very peacefull and quiet. It is almost directly on the beautiful organized beach. The hosts are very nice, we felt more than welcome, so did our dog. There is a beautiful space in the front yard which is furnished very comfortably. You can spend there your days, evenings and your afternoons, because the sun comes only at sunrise. The airconditioning also works fine. it was a very hot summer, but the house is in the shade. There is also a nice backyard, where you can feel secluded and have some privacy. There is a nice bakery 3 min away from the house, supermarket and many tavernas and coffee shops. We had a great time with my family! Thank you Stergiani!

Argiris and his family is one of the greatest and kindnest host I have ever met. Always smiling and supportive. I definitely reccomend this place to everyone who is looking for peaceful place to stay. The location is great. The house is in the mountains very near to the town, which gives you cool nights by opening only the window. Definitely will visit them again :)

Vana is a great host, very responsive and friendly. She recommended few places for us to eat, shop, etc. Place is right across the street from the Vrasna beach. House is very clean, with extra towels and bedding left for our disposal. Location is quiet, but there is few taverns and coffee’s nearby (walking distance)

Our stay at this charming house in Olympiada from July 31st to August 5th was truly delightful. The house was spotless and featured a beautifully designed interior that made our stay very comfortable. The hosts, Bety and Dimitra, were exceptionally kind and accommodating. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a serene and enjoyable stay in Olympiada.
