Our house was built in 2010 following the architecture of the houses of Chora Kythnos. It is 75sq.m., consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, a bathroom with shower (ground floor), loft with sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, terrace and roof. It also has a small storage room and an auxiliary space with a washing machine. With a privileged location since it is a few meters away from the main street of Chora with all the shops but at the same time in a quiet neighborhood.

O χώρος μας (kythnos view) βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι του Μέριχα της Κύθνου . Απέχει μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κεντρικό λιμάνι και η άφιξη στο σπίτι μας γίνεται ανεβαίνοντας 100 σκαλιά αλλά σας επιβραβεύει η υπεροχή θέα μας βλέποντας όλο το λιμάνι και το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο και ταυτόχρονα διαθέτει την απόλυτη ησυχία για να έχετε ευχάριστες διακοπές και ξεκούραση.

A place to come to and relax, enjoy a glass of wine under the stars or contemplating the view.

Enjoy the sunset whilst sipping a glass of wine. The house is ideal for families or a group of friends. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a BBQ and a large shaded veranda.
