After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

Outstanding for a couple of nights in asuncion. Close of two massive shopping centers at the heart of asuncion with lots to do, eat and see. Glen and the team are incredibly helpful and the apartment is modern, tidy, clean and very comfortable. Definitely coming back once in asuncion.

Sandra's apartment is even better than it looks in the photos. The building is excellent. Very good location and communication with Ruth very easy and pleasant. Great rooms with good air conditioning and a full kitchen. We like it so much that we'll be right back! I highly recommend this apartment.

The building has no garage, but the area has several nearby garages. For those who want to visit the capital for sightseeing, the region is excellent because it is surrounded by bars, restaurants and the like. Are you going to a show at Araujo Vianna? The location is ideal. Just want to enjoy Redenção? This is the perfect place!

Mario is a great host. She is a kind, warm, thoughtful, and caring person. He was very understanding of the doubts or queries we had, he was didactic and very cordial. The apartment was just what we needed, it has a beautiful view and everything was perfect. Mario personified what the city of Rosario has been for us: a 10 out of 10. Helpful staff, modern apartment, clean, very top, I missed a table on the balcony next to the barbecue so we didn't have to enter the apartment to cut the meat but it had all the utensils we needed, 10/10, I highly recommend it!!!

Modern building with spotless gym/pool area. Apartment in pristine condition and hostess always eager to help upon request, when minor issues showed up.

We went with my 3, the truth is that the accommodation is beautiful, super comfortable, beautiful view, the pool is very nice and quiet. On the corner there is a 24-hour market that makes it much easier when you forgot to buy something, there is also a pharmacy on the corner and you can see that it is a quiet neighborhood. When I return to Foz, I will definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood lends itself to a quiet walk and is no more than 10 minutes by car from the main shopping centers and places that someone would like to visit. Viviana is a very attentive host, always willing to help guests and make the stay much more enjoyable, which is greatly appreciated as a foreign visitor. It is a highly recommended space for short or long stays because it has everything you need to develop the day to day with ease.
