The house is great, super pleasant, airy and with an excellent patio. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and all working equipment. Lighting is a matter, because it is not intuitive - some switches are hidden. It is well explained in the house manual, but you need to read to understand. The location is also good for those who have appointments in the Lago Sul region. Next to Pontão do Lago Sul, a place to stroll through the lake and enjoy good food and great drinks. The pool was always protected with a tarp and the gardener did not show up to clean it, so we ended up not using it. For those who cook in the house, it is good to arrange food and kitchen purchases (napkins, paper towel and film paper). We like the identification system at the concierge, super secure. However, some app drivers had a problem identifying the group. The gatekeepers did not have the easy to access information.

Ygna answered us very clearly and quickly, the house is beautiful, beautiful decoration and very tasteful. The items in the house were all organized, and it even offered great quality hygiene products, I only advise on cold days because the pool is not heated, it is kind of unfeasible to use. Overall, the space is wonderful, I've already booked to come back.

I've had a wonderful experience hosted in this amazing home! The space is large, very well taken care of, with an excellent pool, barbecue and several comfortable rooms — perfect for gathering friends and family. I was able to celebrate my 40th birthday in style, with great celebration and joy. The hostess was extremely helpful, polite and friendly from the first contact, which made the whole experience even more special. I recommend with my eyes closed and would definitely return for new celebrations!

Local very quiet, rural, but near the city. The view of the property is wonderful. Simple house, but with all that is needed for a good stay. Ádamo was very attentive and friendly. I would recommend!

I really enjoyed the stay during these days, the apartment was all organized and clean when we arrived, the condominium was very organized and beautiful. We don't take much advantage of the leisure area, but it's very peaceful. Great host, always responded quickly.

For those looking for a quiet place, to rest, it is very good. The apartment is in a place a little away from the commerce, I did not feel the safety of walking around the surroundings alone, but the region is well served as an uber to come and go.

The space was clean, organized, as in the photos. Positive points: bottle with ice water available, as well as small courtesies that make a difference for those who will spend a few days and do not need to buy. The experience was great, I will/would definitely come back.

The space is located on the edge of Lake Paranoá, in a condominium that offers numerous leisure opportunities (walking, swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, gym) and conveniences (mini-market and laundry). The apartment itself is beautiful and very good equipped. The host lives up to the title of super host. I recommend it!

Staying in Adriana's apartment was a blessing because it was everything I needed and was looking for: a beautiful, quiet place, water and sun. The condominium-resort is very well maintained and is next to a very beautiful landscape. The apartment is well organized and has everything you need for a great stay, the fact that it is in the block closest to the lake is an incredible detail! Adriana was always responsive and friendly when I needed her. I highly recommend it! The only less positive issue, but which somehow transcends Adriana, is the trance music until very late on weekends that comes from somewhere very close, there was a Sunday morning that certainly passed an 'after-party' boat or something, so it is difficult to manage. In the condominium, there are several speakers that each person or group takes to the pool, which join the music from the restaurant next door, which can be a bit disruptive, but it was only on the weekend and a good pair of headphones can solve the problem relatively well.
