Only 2min walk to coffee & walking tracks; 8-10 min walk to train/bus station, supermarkets, library, restaurants, cafes. A multi purpose contemporary space. It offers a seperate bedroom and bathroom. In the main living area there is a double size pull out sofabed and comfortable seating and dining plus a 75 inch smart TV and Sky TV. The bedroom has a small TV with a chromecast . Guests are welcome to use the outdoor area and spa pool which is located next to the main house. A continental breakfast is supplied. Close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We have 2 German Spitz dogs, very friendly

New purpose built studio. Clean, fresh and light, double glazing and insulation. Private with own entrance and off street parking. Popular Raumati Beach ( safe swimming, surf casting, water sports) is down a shared driveway one minute away. There is a small deck and sunny outdoor seating area. The studio is accessed up stairs so not suitable for guests with limited physical ability. Short walk to Raumati Village.
