What a fabulous find. We loved staying at this property and could have happily stayed longer. The property is well equipped, spacious, warm and cosy. This property was perfect for a long weekend away with lots of things to do. Close to the cafes, shop and perfect if you love the beach. Thanks Ellen! We will be back.

Comfy cosy cottage in a great location - easy to walk to the supermarket, Main Street, and the Greytown to Woodside Trail. Super easy check in and loved the lemon cake left for us on arrival. Thanks for having us, we will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the fire on crispy evenings. The house was beautifully presented and so well equipped for cooking and relaxing. The attention to detail in so many aspects really stood out for us.

We enjoyed our stay, surrounded by a beautiful garden and at walking distance from the beach, restaurants and bakery. Neighboring a reserve at the back was a bonus, so we had more space to play ball games. It was a great place to rest and relax, indoor or outdoor. Board games available to play when it rained. One thing to note is that the bedroom upstairs, although private, it doesn't have a door to block any noise from downstairs. It is a cute cottage with lots of space for everybody.

Our stay was perfect. Nicola is such an amazing host, giving us extra recommendations for the time with our kids. The location of the house is perfect. Awesome views to the sea and just an easy stroll to the playground and the beautiful Queen Elizabeth park. The house itself got everything we need, we felt super comfortable all the time. Will come back :)

An excellent Airbnb experience every time I booked here. Even had the fire roaring for when I arrived late evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. It was such an amazing luxurious stay. Received a warm welcome with local greytown gifts. The home had everything you could possibly need to host a nice weekend away with friends/family. Could easily stay there all day as its such a comfortable place to be. Very beautiful architecture and design was amazing to appreciate. The amenities were unreal including the well stocked kitchen, comfy outdoor space, and hot tub. Everything was also very clean with comfortable beds. This was easily the best airbnb I've ever stayed at and well worth the money. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighbourhood with a lovely view. Just a 4-minute drive to the local township, so super handy for getting around. We stayed for three nights and found the house immaculate — spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including a great ensuite. The place felt peaceful, even though the neighbours are fairly close. It was a great spot for a day trip to Wellington, and my husband enjoyed a round of golf at Waikanae Golf Course, just 10 minutes away. It was really good value for the price.

My stay at Mikaela's was just perfect for a four day stay during a course I attended. It was a great location for a walk along the harbour in the morning and shopping in Petone. Great yummy restaurants very close. Mikaela was awesome to communicate with and was very responsive and helpful with the questions I had. The apartment is private and homey, bright and airy with great amenities for a pleasant stay. I enjoyed reading by the fireside heater which kept the apartment warm. Bed is comfortable and nice linen. I enjoyed hearing the kids playing next door at the preschool.

Alexandra’s place is the perfect getaway. It’s super cosy. Communication was also fantastic and Alexandra was very accommodating. Looking forward to returning

We had a great time at Sue’s apartment. It was in a good location - note that it is in the city and there is the usual city noise during the night. The beds are very comfortable. (It would have been good to see a photo of the steepish stairs up to the two mezzanine bedrooms so we could plan a bit before arriving). The fire was wonderful and the kitchen was well appointed with quality appliances. Happy to recommend but it is important to note that there is only one bathroom. We didn’t think it would work for 6 couples. Overall we had great time and enjoyed the apartment.

Amazing B&B in a great location! Place was immaculate and we loved the sauna and steam shower. Great location. Walkable to a lot of bars, breweries, restaurants, and grocery store. Sally was extremely helpful with local recommendations. Instructions were clear, easy to follow, and thorough. Highly recommend this place!

Sally provided a place that exceeded our expectations. we had an absolutely wonderful time and can't fault her. As a Wellington resident for 14 years who booked it for his parents while they were travelling I can't recommend this enough. It's exactly what you need if you are here for a visit or a medium term stay. Thanks Sally!

Sally's apartment was perfect for our four night stay. Great location, which was surprisingly quiet at night for sleeping. Convenient parking spot right outside the front door. Beautifully furnished and spacious living area. Bedroom/ensuite comfortable with good space for luggage and good sized wardrobe. Washing machine and dryer were appreciated too. Would book again for sure.

Jordan on reception was amazing, easy parking. Thank you for our grocery order and putting them into fridge all ready for us! The beds were so comfortable, great view. Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous villa. The little touches were most appreciated, we loved being able to relax in front of the fireplace enjoying a drink and a sweet treat while flicking through a beautiful book chosen from the huge range on the wall of books! The check in details were given ahead of time and were very clear. We would love to visit this amazing area again and if we did we would certainly look to stay in this tranquil haven again.

La Rocque Cottage in Martinborough is a lovely villa hosted by Megan, who was very friendly and responsive. The house itself was a good size for three adults and a puppy, plus it was clean, comfortable, and easy to heat on a chilly day. The propery is also fully fenced, which was great for our puppy. We had a lovely weekend away and recommend La Rocque Cottage for your next weekend away in Martinborough!

Amazing Amazing and Amazing! To wake up to this view was out of this world! Then having the awesome access to the beach. Everything you require is at the house….may be a little more expensive than some of the other Kapiti properties. But it is worth every penny! Thanks Julie and Kelly (the very helpful site Manager)

This place was fantastic – clean, well presented, and fully equipped with everything you need for a great social gathering. It had a welcoming vibe and made our stay super easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Such a great place to stay, perfect for our group. Lots of space, both as a large group but also breakout areas. Outdoors is stunning, great to wander around in the sun and fresh air, very quiet and peaceful - our dogs love it!! Well equipped throughout, kitchen had all the staples and plenty of serving ware for group meals, bedrooms were all fabulously set out, plenty of extra bedding and towels if needed. Lots of games to have fun with, plus the pool and tennis court. We had a blast, thank you for having us!!

We are a family of 4 who had just moved to Wellington from overseas. We stayed here for 2.5 months. Place was a great set up. Lovely to live in. Close to things and was a cute little character home. Price was great considering it was a long stay and the owners were so supportive of us. Heating was fantastic. Was definitely our favourite airbnb out of the 4 we stayed in during our wellington time. Best value for money. And it had car parking on site - so important. Could fit 2 cars there!!! Would recommend. Plus they gave us a fold out bed so we could sleep our 2 kids in the second bedroom. Very grateful for this airbnb helping us out whilst we found permanent accommodation!

Nessa and Stefan were the besthosts! They made us feel welcome, comfortable as soon as we arrived. We actually took up an offer to stay in their beautiful home in Belmont as the Boulcott home was given to a couple who booked and needed to extend their stay. I highly recommend a stay with them or in their Boulcott property as they go out of their way to provide the perfect stay in immaculate and comfortable surroundings. Stefan’s coffee and home made honey and breakfast cereals were exceptional! A 10/10 stay with 10/10 hosts! Thank you for your hospitality and friendly conversations. All the best.

So good place to stay

We had a fantastic stay! The hot tub was ready and warm on arrival, which is a rare treat as it’s often an extra cost and slow to heat up elsewhere. The house was clean, tidy, and spacious, with hotel-quality linen and towels that made it feel more like a boutique stay than someone else’s home. The location is perfect. An easy walk to the town square with a supermarket, cafés, restaurants, and a playground for the kids. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing family getaway. Check-in was seamless and communication with Tania was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again!
