We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

This location looks like no other, reached through a small road across the woods inhabited by deer, roebucks, foxes and squirrels, drive slowly if you want to encounter them. The awesome 150 year old barn brought back to a new life by the owner - a designer that believes in respecting time and history - today has become a shelter where materials reign and live together.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Aosta, in front of the Pretorian Gates, a 7-minute walk from Aosta train station. Its oldest core dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

Le Flocon de Cristal is located in the heart of Combloux, ideally situated less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Megève, with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. Departure from the slopes of Megève (Princesse) or Combloux (La Cry) only 5 minutes by car. Free shuttle at 150 meters walking distance. Its Wellness area, with Sauna, Jacuzzi, gym and Home Cinema, will make the happiness of athletes and less sporty people.
