Beautiful new sunny apartment (43 m2) with its own covered parking space and air conditioning located 5 min walk from the center of Pardubice and 7 min walk from the train and bus station. There is a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, induction, oven, fridge and cooking accessories). The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. There is a double bed, a TV, a desk and a large armchair. The bathroom has a large sippy nook and a washing machine. The terrace is equipped with a seating area. We look forward to seeing you!

The cottage is located on the edge of the village, overlooking the Eagles Mountains. The backyard is fenced off, which is very safe for small children and pets. A backyard is available to park your vehicle. Many cycling routes, forests, ponds, wonderful nature in the area. The village of Poběžovice is located cca 15 km from two large towns of Pardubice and Hradec Kralove. It has a lot of sport and cultural activities. We booked the home the day before , on our way to the Czech Republic because we were canceled at the last minute elsewhere. Honz's place was a shot at 10. Large, clean, comfortable. We didn't miss anything. We were driving 2 families , our kids appreciated the huge backyard. We had 3 sleeping rooms and a spacious common area with a kitchen and a large table for shared breakfasts. We spent the evenings in the garden because the host provides patio furniture. Contacting the owner quickly , pleasant, and hassle-free. We recommend it to everyone. A good base, and an atmospheric inn in the village.

The place is perfectly hidden from the hustle and bustle of the city, the high passage of the train near the apartment is negligible next to sukromi, which place the listing. Large and spacious apartment, clean and beautifully furnished with everything modern home needs. He sleeps comfortably in the bedroom, a bathtub in the kitchen, and showers in the bathroom. I can't complain. Mrs. Vera is nice and welcoming, I definitely recommend. I'd love to come back.

Peaceful house in a private area. Easy to find thanks to the detailed instructions! Close to Hradec Kralove so this was a perfect option for the three of us who were visiting the Rock For People festival. The house was exactly like the pictures. One thing to improve is the shower - there's nowhere to mount the shower head so taking a shower was a little inconvenient. Would definitely recommend staying here 👍
