The cottage has 2 separate bedrooms upstairs (4+4 beds), a sofa bed (2 beds) in the living room on the ground floor. Possibility to rent 2 cots. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. In the living room there is a children's corner with toys. The cottage is spacious and there is a possibility to spend time with children inside. There is a seating area and a sandpit in the front yard. There is a large garden with a fireplace and a slide by the house. Electricity and gas (heating) are paid on site based on real consumption. We rent April-October.

Our cottage is officially a "Category 1 Cultural Monument" The main building is timber-framed, most of the space is preserved, original. Inside you will find the original living room with a historical character, another smaller living room connected to a modest but equipped kitchen, a central spacious hall and a functional bathroom (shower, toilet). The cottage stands out, among other things, with an impressive covered porch and a beautiful courtyard. In the summer months it is pleasantly cool inside, in winter there is comfortable gas heating.

Nearby is the Pastviny reservoir, the remarkable Studenecké skály rocks and other attractions of the Orlické Mountains, such as the famous ski resorts of České Petrovice, Dolní Morava (Trail in the Clouds, the longest suspension bridge in the world "Sky bridge"), Čenkovice, the Zemská brána nature reserve, the village of Neratov with a pilgrimage church with a unique glass roof, a brewery. Half of the cottage is new and the other half has been lovingly repaired. Next to the accommodation there is a newly built sauna, which can accommodate up to 12 people. Therefore, we are happy to welcome sauna lovers, but you can also stay here without using it. Right next to the sauna there is a new terrace equipped with a dartboard and darts. There are also activities for children, swings, sandboxes and a children's house in the garden. Cuddly cats also occasionally move around the garden. The area is in a quiet village environment.

Chalupa Tylda is a renovated historic homestead with a rich past. It originally served as the court of the bailiff Josef Hudec in Lhota Lísek. It offers three apartments with a capacity of up to 19 people, ideal for families, friends or corporate events. Each apartment has access to a hot tub, private bathroom, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. The common room with a jukebox, darts, table football and ping pong provides entertainment, while the outdoor seating with a barbecue grill provides a peaceful rest.
