Carlos was very helpful and always responded quickly. The views were amazing!!! Nice big porch to play dominos and hang out even if it is raining. Nice ocean breeze, only used the ac for sleeping. The area was quiet but not very walkable because of the hills, and only a short drive to restaurants, bars and a beach. The house was big and spacious with plenty of bathrooms. But it could use a few updates. All the amenities you need even coolers and beach towels. Overall nice place.

Great home in a great location. Our family of 15 really enjoyed the stay and everything Parguera had to offer. Host was great and always responded timely. We would absolutely stay again.

The accommodation was excellent, everything was clean and very comfortable, bring my jetski and the space is excellent the place is quiet and close to everything. We are definitely back, thanks to kasandra for her kindness and flexibility , if you have jetski this is the safe place for your machine.

Just about the perfect place to stay if you're visiting La Parguera. Luis's place is a block away the restaurants and about three blocks away from the waterside and all the activities. The place was as pictured and has plenty of yard space and a nice place to park in the shade to help beat the heat. Luis was helpful and communicative. The refrigerator and kitchen were great, though we didn't use it much on our short stay. The neighbors were very kind and friendly too.

Had a great time at Coby's house which is located near to many other beaches and towns that we planned to visit(Boqueron/Combate). We did lose power 1 night for about 6 hours but no big deal. Tip: if you want better mobile phone service raise all the roll up shutters to improve signal. Thank you Coby for renting us your special place! 🇵🇷🍻

It was a great and clean place. Lots of space and close by restaurants with good food. Lots of close by entertainment for tourists. Mr. Jose was very attentive and always checked in if we were comfortable or wanted something else. I loved the place and would 100% stay again and I do recommend the Airbnb.

This place was great! Just as advertised. It was part of a big house that is divided into little apartments each with their own private entrance and parking. Everything worked great, host is incredibly responsive and has a great location, walkable to the town restaurants and all the tours you’d want. The common areas (pool & parking) were also very well kept. We were a group of 7 and we were super comfortable. Our favorite part was the living room area which is outside and has amazing hammocks, fans, lights… great ambiance. There’s even a TV, but we didn’t use it. It was a great way to really experience the town. Everyone in town is extremely nice. The bathroom is really nice too!

I organized a fishing trip for some friends from the states. I needed a place that was near the boat ramp and could accomodate 5. The Sandlot was perfect. Everyone had their own room and the entire stay was very comfortable. I was nervous that having no AC in the main living space might be a problem, but it was fine. It was a great trip with a fantastic home and host.
