This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Daily rental 5th floor, 20 sqm private bedroom (two single beds) with bathroom and balcony. This room is part of Sarah’s apartment but has its own independent entrance and staircase. The connecting door to Sarah’s apartment can be locked so you can enjoy full privacy. The shared balcony is separated by a palette (see photo) to give you privacy. You may sometimes hear me or my little daughter though. Ideal for one person, city trip, business trip and/or remote working.

All Einfach Plus Minilofts have large windows which make the space look really open. They also feature a mini-balcony which opens up the space further and overlooks some of Berlin's Kreuzberg rooftops.
