Holiday rentals with a patio in Parkville

We loved the home and everything about it! It was just as described and in a calm, peaceful neighborhood. Great parking out front and easy access to get inside! The home has everything we needed with very comfortable bedding and furniture!

I was very pleased with Dion's place. Nice and clean, with everything you'd need for a short stay! Check-in and communication were also easy and painless.

Was in town for the weekend and Rob's place was perfect, clean and close to downtown Bel Air. Totally recommend.

I stayed in DC over 20 times in the past 20 years. I have to say Chris’s place was at the top of the list. I picked it because we were going to the Smithsonian zoo. Which was only a 8 minute walk to the Harvard walk in gate. The best restaurant within walking distance was ll Supremo Italian food. Very good for such a small place

The apartment was located near everything we wanted to do at the inner harbor and beyond. The space was well appointed with everything we needed. It was very clean and extremely cozy. The bed was so comfortable and the hosts were very responsive and friendly to any questions we had. Thank you, Matthew and Elaine!!

Staying at Daniel & James’ place was an absolute delight from start to finish. The impeccably designed space is thoughtfully laid out, intentionally decorated, and organized. Every detail reflected their intentionality, making it welcoming: spotless, serene, and a perfect home base for our long weekend. We had a rough time getting there due to some street closures, but Daniel was a literal lifesaver. From the moment we reached out, he was responsive, patient, and genuinely eager to help. Between helping us navigate hiccups and our many questions along the way, we always felt supported and cared for. That level of attentiveness sets the tone for a fantastic stay. One of the many highlights was our interactions with the paw-sitively adorable Celine, who was so sweet, friendly, and clearly the unofficial welcome committee. Frankly, she nailed it!! Our group has already decided on our next visit to DC, we'd like to stay here again. Hang on, Celine, we're bringing treats!

Beautiful home inside and out. Inside had pristine kitchen and bathrooms. Outside there is a wonderful patio and dock to enjoy the water. Bill was very responsive and helpful. He and his wife Wendy are easily accessible and live next door.

Christin was awesome and her space is as well. The location was perfect, just 2 blocks away from a coffee shop that has the best vanilla chai latte and a nice large park great for morning walks. I would recommend anyone to spend a couple days away from here. Thanks again !

I needed a place for my family to gather for my son’s college graduation. Carlene’s house was exactly what we needed. She responded quickly to all of my questions and the process was very easy. The house was fully renovated and immaculate. Most importantly the location was quiet and peaceful while close to downtown Baltimore and the graduation ceremony. I highly recommend Carlene as a host and this property.

What an amazing experience! This house truly felt like a home. You wouldn't know that it was an Airbnb. It felt like we were staying at a friend's house. The owners were extremely gracious. My wife and I were there for almost two weeks with my elderly parents. I can honestly say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to making this an annual trip back home to MD. The place was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a 4 day stay. We enjoyed the water view and had a crab feast on the deck overlooking the water. It was a perfect Memorial Day weekend.

Incredible, serene home with thoughtful design and furnishings. Our family loved the house, which served as a great space to gather over meals, games and stories. The deck on two sides of the house, with great seating, provided a gentle welcome to the nature around with harbor views in the distance. As seasoned Eastern Shore folks, this was an introduction to Rock Hall, which we really enjoyed, especially the refuge. This space was immaculate - there was not an ounce of dirt or dust it looked like a brand new spotless home. Everything was squeaky clean from bathrooms, to linens, to floors and fridge. I will definitely be staying again next time I am here for work! The view of the water was so serene and there were a ton of great restaurants, too. 10/10!!!

And the hosts really have thought of everything. From coffee and milk through to gowns in the bedroom, it is a bit like staying in a five star hotel. Thanks so much for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-designed, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The self check-in with a simple access code was super convenient and made everything easy from the start. The location is amazing — close to all the main tourist spots in Washington, DC. We were just minutes away from the National Mall, museums, monuments, and great places to eat. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a quiet, safe neighborhood made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC and would love to stay again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!

Chris was the perfect host. The apartment was just perfect. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. Got to meet his wife and Phillip the cat, also very pleasant. Very responsive to our needs. Absolutely a great value for your money. Will definitely stay here if we come back to the DC area.
