Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 bedrooms (1 king and 2 twins) 1 bath. River access with dock just a short walk away. Popular area for fishing, hunting, wine tasting, off road trails. Full kitchen and full bath with bathtub. We do allow pets but there is a $75 pet fee per stay for extra cleaning. What we love about this house is the open concept. It's homey & warm. All furnishings & supplies (besides washer & dryer) are brand new as of May 2023. The neighborhood is safe & quiet, & the neighbors are friendly & keep to themselves. The house itself is centrally located. You get the small town feel, but are within minutes of the freeway. Boise is less than an hour away. There are several restaurants & grocery stores just across the river in Ontario.

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Our little 2 Bedroom Studio/Loft apartment is an open design inspired by our roots in New York City. It has a full kitchen, large bathroom and a covered front porch. It was originally an airplane hangar where a local legend built bi-planes before being refinished into an apartment for my mother. The home is on a dead end street and only one mile to the freeway.
