Anna’s Apartment II

Bright studio in Kauriala, close to the center. Quiet house, parking space in the yard. The apartment has just been renovated. A short walk to the city center, and beautiful outdoor terrain nearby. Good bus connections to the train station, for example. Onnibussi stop nearby, e.g. Tampere and Helsinki are easily accessible. I'm happy to answer any questions! The apartment is absolutely smoke-free. During the coronavirus period, I am particularly careful about the cleanliness and cleaning of the apartment to make it safe for you to stay!

A two-room apartment with a good atmosphere

This centrally located place has easy access to services and various hobbies. The location of the apartment is quiet, it is part of the old wooden house district with parks and playgrounds. The apartment is also a good fit for families with children. There are plenty of free parking spaces and long-distance and local transport stops near the apartment. There is a shop, grocery store and restaurant services nearby. You can easily find your way to the city center, the national city park and the medieval castle of Häme.

Terraced house apartment Hämeenlinna

Nice, terraced apartment with sauna in a quiet area about 5 km from the city center. There is 1 parking space in the yard and a bus stop nearby. There is a view of the city's public sandy beach from the backyard. Approximately 100 steps through the forest, 0.5 km along the road. One bicycle is available for use during the visit. I hope that guests will follow the rules of the housing association and live in my home with respect. One of the rooms in the triangle is locked and is not available to guests.

Log cabin by the lake

From Helsinki-Vantaa Airport by train to the lake shore? Log cabin on a beautiful detached house plot. Possibility to swim, rent a wood-fired sauna, kayak (2pcs), sup board (2pcs) and rowing boat. The lake and the adjacent rapids area are popular with fishermen. The Birgitta trail hiking trail and the Lempäälä canoeing trail run alongside. 2 km to the cross-country ski trails. 1.2 km to the train station, from which you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7km.

The House with a Spa

The other half of the semi-detached house, the hosts live on the other side. A couple of bedrooms, large living areas, a kitchen and a sauna section. There is also a terrace and a fenced backyard. Quiet detached house area. We are close to the lake, but there is no access to the beach. The nearest beaches are Idänpää or Matkolampi beach, both of which are about 1.5 km away. The center of Hämeenlinna is just over three kilometers away, and the nearest golf course is just over a kilometer away.

Private cabin w/ sauna, patio, bikes, free parking

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included (airfryer, no oven), big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you.

It is easy to get there and easy to leave, by bus, train and car. Private parking space next to the door. The apartment is on the top floor of the elevator house, on the quiet courtyard side and has a spacious balcony. In addition to Wi-Fi, there is a Chromecast and a large 4K TV. The double bed can be divided into two beds and the sofa bed is 140.

Remote working is made easy with a separate workstation and wifi connection. A children's bed is available on request.

Villa Katajala is a modern lakefront house just over an hour from Helsinki. Surrounded by forest and set only 20 metres from the water’s edge, this spacious villa features floor-to-ceiling windows, a glass conservatory, and two lawns for outdoor games. With a sandy beach, paddle boards, a rowing boat, and fast WiFi, Katajala suits both quiet vacations and time together with family or friends.

Guest house by the lake

A log cabin by the lake. Here you can enjoy nature, rowing, barbecue, sauna and swimming. The cottage is located on a peninsula, in the "yard" of the main building, about 40 meters from the main building. Great views of the lake and an organic environment. It's nice to take a short or longer break from everyday life. The cottage has two bedrooms (double bed and twin beds). In addition, an atmospheric kitchen, auxiliary kitchen, shower facilities and a wood-fired sauna.
