The apartment is very nice, cozy, and functional. The building is very nice and the area, in my opinion, is one of the most beautiful residential areas in the city, with the right balance between tranquility and nice places to eat and walk. Adriana was always attentive and was very cordial. I will definitely return on my next trips to Buenos Aires.

The internet connection is excellent, I recommend the depto to work remotely, something very important to me. The apartment is just as you can see in the photos: two environments, modern, comfortable and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, the balcony is a plus to relax and has smart TV. we agreed with Romi to do the check-in. All the rules are very clear. The spectacular apartment for a five-day visit. We went as a couple. with everything to cook or buy and heat, however you want. a super quiet neighborhood with everything you need at your fingertips. Good location for the purpose of our trip with my girlfriend, who went to Quilmes Rock. Small but well-distributed apartment, with amenities and security. It has everything for breakfast or cooking something. Very good reception from the owners. Recommended!

The place was perfect The apartment is very nice, spacious and Vero is very friendly and responded promptly to any questions. The only thing to keep in mind is the noise from the avenue. Although it is a high floor, it is noisy at bedtime, at least in my case. But otherwise, everything was very good

We liked the apartment so much that we stayed twice on the same trip! The neighborhood is great, close to the subway and easy to catch buses to many places, it has good local commerce. Lorena was an excellent host, communication with her was very good. The apartment is very comfortable, we had a few days of heavy rain and it was a relief to be in a cozy place. On other sunny days, we could enjoy the twilight from the living room view. The bed is also great! I highly recommend it!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

The place was perfect, comfy, walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc, Luciano has been Super helpful from the begining to the end and also very kind. Pablo de building manager is also super helpful. I had a wonderful stay in this place, Im very happy to have chosen it. I fully recomend it

Gabriel is a very busy host with the reception. Before arriving, I send suggestions for places, restaurants, breweries and places. He leaves us very relaxed, the reception is spectacular. He is very careful, his apartment is organized, he explains how everything works. And he's always ready to answer questions and anything you need. In short, we were very comfortable and safe. Everything was impeccable.

Ezequiel’s place in Cañitas was perfect for my stay. It’s super clean, has literally everything you’d need, and the balcony is a great bonus. It can be a bit tight for two, but totally manageable. The location is amazing — close to restaurants, a mall, and supermarkets. I’d 100% stay here again!

Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cecilia’s. Check in was smooth and there are many cafes and restaurants in the area. Daniel was very helpful when we had issues with the washer. The area is a bit small for two people traveling with a lot of stuff but it was very clean and had everything needed.
