We are a lovely property with 6 beautiful 1 bedroom casitas located in a private compound steps off the ocean in a tranquil neighborhood called Quinta Maria. We are a 5 minute drive to the village of Los Barriles and a 5 minute walk to Tres Palapas pickleball courts. All of our beautiful casitas have full kitchens, Wi-Fi, 55" TVs, A/C, king size beds, sofa, and large patios with tables and chaise lounges. We offer light housekeeping. Adults only no pets. Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

The Pelican Palace with A/C

Off-the-grid and solar powered, thatched roof studio bungalow with view deck, ( limited A/C) and Starlink internet. Dive shops, restaurants and the beach are within 5 minutes walking distance. Free parking is 2 blocks away from the house. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old. There is a faucet mounted drinking water filter. The unit sits in the same lot as the shark shack and surf hut, is located near a restaurant and dive shop and has potential for some generator noise.

Studio house with limited A/C, can be operated for up to 12 hours daily including night time, can be more limited on cloudy days. Centrally located near dive shops, eateries and the beach. Accommodates up to three people with a queen size bed and a large sofa bed available. This unit is not set for children under 10 years old. Parking available for small vehicles and is shared with Casa Verde, which sits in front of Casa Mexicana. Night rate is for 2 guests.

This place is a true gem. 5 markets and food places all around. WE suggest a car as distances can be far at time. But to explore Cabo it’s better by car. NO PARKING space inside the property,but street parking it’s allow and safe.
