The house offers different experiences throughout the seasons. In the winter, you can enjoy the wood stove for cooking and heating the balcony when friends gather. In the summer, everyone can enjoy the pool and have a barbecue in style. The house is cozy, ventilated and super clean!

The house is industrial style, very bright and immersed in the Atlantic forest, in the climatic resort of Morungaba, 100 km from São Paulo and 45 from Campinas.
