My friends and I recently enjoyed a delightful 3-night stay at a fantastic Airbnb villa in Goa. Situated on the main road, the villa is new, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. Its prime location offered easy access to numerous nearby restaurants, making dining out a breeze. The host was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any minor issues or queries we had. All amenities listed were available and functioning perfectly. The villa featured three spacious, comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and efficient air conditioning. Our overall experience was excellent. The host's attentiveness and the villa's superb condition made our stay memorable. We felt welcome and well cared for throughout our visit. This villa is a top choice for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Goa. We're already looking forward to our next trip and will stay here again. Highly recommended!

This was our first Airbnb experience at Goa. Jairaj got in touch with me as soon as I made the booking and shared all the information we needed to make our stay comfortable. The house was located in a very convenient area; the tastefully done interiors and the pool was an added bonus. Since we were a group of 7 adults and 2 children, we enjoyed the privacy the property offered. The property is also located close to cafes and many restaurants. The rooms were located over two levels with the living space, kitchen/dining and pool in the ground floor. Having a lift made it very convenient for my parents to access all the floors. The property had a reserved covered parking which made it easier for us to park our rental car. While the property was fantastic the highlight of our trip were the lovely meals (at an additional but nominal cost) that the caretakers - Gulab and Rubal - cooked for us. They were very friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable.

We had an absolutely amazing 5-day stay at the Blujam Villa! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The interiors were tastefully done, and the villa had a very relaxing vibe, perfect for a getaway with friends. The private pool was a highlight – we ended up spending most of our time there just chilling and having fun. The location is also super convenient, close to some of the best beaches, restaurants, and nightlife spots in North Goa, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and privacy. A big shoutout to our wonderful hosts, Raghva and Skand, who truly made our stay special. They were incredibly welcoming, always available. From smooth check-in to local tips and prompt support – they were exceptional. Highly recommend Blujam Villa if you're looking for a premium and comfortable stay in Goa. We'd love to come back again!

Our recent stay at this stunning villa in Goa was nothing short of magical. Nestled amidst lush greenery and just minutes away from the beach, the property offered the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and Goan charm. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and refreshing welcome drinks. The villa itself is beautifully designed – spacious interiors, tasteful decor, and an open layout that seamlessly connects indoor elegance with outdoor serenity. Each bedroom was immaculate, featuring plush beds, spotless bathrooms, and a private balcony overlooking the pool or garden. The private pool was a highlight – clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by palm trees that created a tropical haven. We had an amazing stay at Kidena House. The property is beautiful and exactly as it is shown in the pics. The staff (Tej, Nitin and Ravi) were very helpful and super accommodative. The entire staff worked with clockwork precision. Daily Cleaning was undertaken. Food served was very tasty. The swimming pool and the water body add their own charm to the property. We would strongly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 9 and all had a wonderful stay at the property. All our needs were taken care of. The place was spotless, spacious, had a very nice pool with sunbeds, and very accessible to a bunch of nice spots in Vagator. The hosts were able to arrange scooter and car rentals, and taxis for us when we needed, so we really didn't have to worry about a thing during our stay. All in all, I would recommend this property as a great choice for slightly larger groups wanting to spend a few days in North Goa.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

We had an absolutely amazing stay, the caretaker and staff is great and flexible and easily available. The location is the best, we found most of our cafes, restaurants and lounges within 10-15 min drive. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth. I would definitely recommend staying here, I know I will be the next time I come to Goa!

We were a group of 45-55 year old Ex colleagues & Friends. We loved the property and enjoyed thoroughly. Ms. Jancy ( SPOC ) was very accessible and proactive. In short notice she was able to arrange a B'day cake as a surprise while checking in. Rekha made us delicious Breakfasts on all 3 days . The caretakers & Security personnel were very hospitable. Looking forward to coming back to stay with Families .

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

This was my second time stay with Ritwik's Villa and was as amazing as my first stay. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place for a staycation. The property features a bar counter and a basement swimming pool with a music entertainment system, which added to the fun. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with two of them including bathtubs. The top terrace room had an open-air bathroom, which was a unique and enjoyable touch. Both the host and the building caretaker, Nadeem, were always available and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The bestest best place I have stayed in so far. The villa is soo pretty so beautiful and everything inside felt so peaceful and calm. the neat bedspreads, the clean washrooms, the big swimming pool, the spacious sitouts evrything is a 10/10. I should also not forget about the caretaker Mahendra bhaiya, the best caretaker, very friendly, very helpful at any time. RITUuuu your villa is the bestttt. loads of love and support to you. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. next time again when I am in goa with friends and family this would be my stay. ❤️

We felt right at home here, especially important when traveling with kids. The daily cleaning service was a huge plus, and having a restaurant on-site made it so easy to enjoy delicious meals without leaving the comfort of the home. It almost felt like the best of both worlds: the service and convenience of a hotel, with the space and privacy of a home.

it was the perfect place to spend one last trip of the batch of '25 before before we all go to different parts of the world. the place is seriously undersold and we absolutely loved it. the security bhaiya was the underrated gem of the place who helped me wheather it was late in the night or 8 am. the owner is v sweet and resuced us at 3 in the night because we locked our room door from inside. loved the pool and furniture, was comfortable to move around for all of our group to sit together. overall, this been a lengend- (wait for it) -ary trip and i couldn't recommend a place more than this. -graduating batch of '25 :)
