Located steps from the Independence Avenue, the pink area of the city, where you will find restaurants, bars, churches, paleterias, forum villista , bakeries, main square and the historic center. As well as the municipal gym and the city park. Walmart, Sams, Cinépolis and the IMSS, are 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by foot. Oxxo and convenience store on the corner.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. It has a great location It's 5 minutes from Walmart and Sam's by car. Also 8 minutes from IMSS And 10 minutes from downtown. It has quick access to the short road, to the highway. The Puerta del Tiempo is a 5-minute drive away. Great for going and having a nice time with the family.
