We offer a bright, very spacious, cozy and fully furnished attic apartment. The very large balcony (about 3 x 7 m) with a western orientation has a high leisure and recreational value, especially in the evening. Our house is idyllically located on the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Ober- and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions to both regions. The Gurken cycling path leads directly past the house. As hosts, we are at your disposal with tips.

Die FeWo mit 40m2 befindet sich in einer ruhigen , idyllischen Lage auf unseren Dreiseitenhof . Aus der Wohnung tretend befinden sie sich gleich auf der zu ihrer Wohnung gehörenden Terrasse. Die 2 Betten sind 1m breit und 2m lang , 1 Schlafsofa ist 2×2 m , als 3.Bett sehr bequem. Sie wandern in 15min.durch die Weinberge und erreichen das Seußlitzer Schloß ,der Elbradweg ist von uns aus nur 400m entfernt , im Naturbad Goltzscha relaxen perfekt. Parkplätze und 2 Fahrräder sind kostenfrei .

Wir laden euch ein in unseren gemütlichen Rückzugsort, die Oase der Ruhe inmitten der Stadt. Stilvoller Industrial trifft Jungle, Neu begrüßt Alt. Eure Unterkunft befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit blumig mediterranem Außenbereich. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen, die Neustadt in 10min. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist Hier gern zum Verweilen eingeladen. Wir freuen uns auf euch :)

Small but nice: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m²) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an apartment building. Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Shared terrace with fireplace grill can be used by arrangement. Play options: table tennis and trampoline

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, einen Schlafraum, ein Bad mit DU/WC. Zudem gibt es eine Terrasse mit Stühlen, Tisch und einem Grill. Ein abschließbarer Schuppen für Fahrräder steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gasthäuser, Häfen, die Spreewald Therme und das Reha-Zentrum. WICHTIG Der Kurbeitrag beträgt 2 Euro pro Person/Nacht - ab 18 Jahren. Diese ist vor Ort in Bar zu zahlen.

The Upper Lusatian Lake District is the land of cranes, wild ducks, sea eagles, wolves and lynx. You will be amazed by the diversity of wildlife and the breathtaking natural scenery.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

The detached apartment is located in a modern house (Bauhaus style) in the second row in a property surrounded by venerable trees. Directly opposite is a park (Beutlerpark) with old trees. This is in close proximity to the city center and about 15 minutes walk or by tram (lines 3, 8, 10 and 11 etc.), stops about 8-10 minutes away to reach.

Equipped with a complete kitchen, comfortable bed (queen) and convertible sleeping sofa (double), a spacious bath and terrace, the studio invites you to spend lovely days in central Cottbus. It is ideal for two persons or a couple with baby or toddler . We have special provisions for kids on request such as cot or high chair.

The Koboldhütte is a modern renovated apartment in a house from 1750. The ceiling height is, as was customary at the time, about 2 meters! If you have any questions, queries or requests, please do not hesitate to contact us personally. We live on the same property. Our front door is under the rear balcony.
