House owners were extremely responsive and informative. House was well stocked , and a great location and view made the stay even better.

Place was great and large enough to accommodate 2 families (9 total people). We were excited to have a place with a pool but didn’t end up using it because it was a little chilly. Neighborhood was quiet and early morning walks were pleasant. Beds were comfortable too.

Fabulous views of Chesapeake Bay, pool was great, deer everywhere, house was spacious with three living areas. Would definitely stay there again.

Daniel’s Home was beautiful and he made this special event for me and my family able to celebrate my sons 26th Heavenly Birthday a success We were very comfortable and it really felt like home the pool was very clean and the Home was very spacious and squeaky clean I would love to Book Daniel again He was a very nice and friendly Host that responded to any questions we had he made communication easy me and my family really enjoyed our self and yes he’s reasonable and you definitely get what you paid for and more Thank you again Daniel

This home was the perfect way to spend a long weekend with our family and our dog! We enjoyed every amenity (the pool, the beach, the paddleboards, the sauna, the cold plunge, the grill, and even the steam shower!) and had a great time venturing into the nearby town. The home is well taken care of and you can tell that a lot of thought went into its set up. We'll definitely be back!

we were looking for something out of the city, private for three businessmen to do some planning for the remainder of the year in beginning of 2025. I found Eli's place exactly as described, sitting out on the edge of the water and Adirondack chair was peaceful and exactly what we needed. It's a short drive in and out of the city so we we were in downtown for a little sightseeing and then made the short trip back to solitude. The house is exactly as described, while we didn't use the game room we did look at it. everything was clean, exactly like the pictures and highly recommended.

The home was absolutely stunning, equipped with everything we needed, and her attention to detail was impressive. She truly thought of everything, making our family trip seamless and memorable. The property was in pristine condition—immaculately clean, set in a peaceful and quiet location with breathtaking views. I honestly can't say enough great things about this home! I visited this place with friends, the location was really convenient since it was close to trails. We visited Gun Powder state park and north point state park for hiking. We drove to inner harbor and Annapolis for lunch and afternoon walks it was really easy, it took 30 mins and 50 mins approx respectively There is a local sea food restaurant 1 min walk from the house sea horse inn highly recommend to enjoy local brewery and sea food. Lastly, spend some quality time in the backyard which overlooked the water.

Incredible, serene home with thoughtful design and furnishings. Our family loved the house, which served as a great space to gather over meals, games and stories. The deck on two sides of the house, with great seating, provided a gentle welcome to the nature around with harbor views in the distance. As seasoned Eastern Shore folks, this was an introduction to Rock Hall, which we really enjoyed, especially the refuge. To be honest, this place was extremely nice. It’s even better than how it looks in the pictures. Host was super communicative very helpful . To be honest, I have no complaints at all. Everything was smooth. Nice just how it was planned. I would recommend this place. !

Scott’s place was a great location for a wedding and Annapolis. The house was roomy for our party of 5 with large beds and plenty of bathrooms. Scott was very responsive and helpful.

Very quiet location but not far from amenities. The home had an attention to detail that not all air bnbs do (for example enough towel hooks for everyone staying!) as well as basic cooking amenities

Beautiful home inside and out. Inside had pristine kitchen and bathrooms. Outside there is a wonderful patio and dock to enjoy the water. Bill was very responsive and helpful. He and his wife Wendy are easily accessible and live next door.

The house is easy to find and has a great outdoor seating area. The house and linens were very clean and Sekai even provided fresh fruit upon arrival! The stocked Kurig pods were very handy and appreciated in the morning as well. From this location you have easy access to downtown Annapolis and all of its history. If you go the other way out of the neighborhood, you can browse the mall and TownCentre for all your other shopping needs. This is a pet friendly house that you would not know there had ever been a dog in there. Fortunately, ours was well behaved so you still won't know a pet was ever there! He enjoyed walking the large private yard.

Absolutely loved our time here. The owner has thought of everything. The entire house is well appointed. Kitchen has all you need to cook for a family. Multiple high quality TVs throughout. Beds are comfortable and plentiful sleeping arrangements for a larger group. Nice little town with a lot of charm. Convenient short drive to the Naval Academy. Neighborhood is quiet and private. Backyard is impressive, screened in patio is unique and comfortable. We’ve stayed at multiple Airbnb’s in Annapolis and this one tops our list. Host is fantastic, she worked with us on an early check in which was super helpful.

Wow, what a place!!!!! Everyone could be so lucky to not only stay here but have such a wonderful host as Beth was for us! The home is a little slice of paradise for anyone wanting to just decompress, relax and also enjoy the water and abundance of nature surrounding this home. I have stayed at two other air bnbs in Florida. This was my first in Maryland. This place was extremely clean, nicely furnished, tastefully decorated, and thoroughly stocked with EVERYTHING we might need. Heather had thought of everything. My sister, who has stayed at over twenty airbnbs (bc she travels often) as well as my husband and my other sisters also were extremely satisfied and impressed at the spotless and well decorated home. All the electronics worked well and there were very easy to follow directions. You would think this would be a standard for electronics, but it is not so—we stayed at an air bnb that boasted of a game room with game console, but the pool table was filthy and there were no directions on how to use the game console. Heather was awesome! I cannot say enough about her quick responsiveness and kindness and professionalism. This place made me feel pampered, very comfortable, and happy. It’s a bright home with a lot of natural light. 100% recommend!!!

I stayed at this Airbnb over the past weekend and had such a wonderful time! The house was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. My favorite part was definitely the dock and the little beach area behind the house. I spent hours lounging on the beach chairs, soaking up the sun, and listening to the waves — so relaxing. It was a bit early in the season to really go crabbing, but I had a blast learning how to set the traps. We even caught one little crab and let him go — a fun little adventure! The house manual and guides were super helpful, with clear instructions that made everything easy to figure out. Overall, it was a peaceful, fun, and memorable stay. I’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

The perfect mom and teen boy getaway! The house is on the water with gorgeous sunsets and super clean! My boys attempted fishing daily even without any luck. Altho we didn't kayak because of the choppy water, its great location (there's a ladder at the private pier or a public launch a few yards away) We cooked and ate in a few nights and also enjoyed a local spot on the water (The Narrows). The neighborhood was quiet, relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed a visit to the Chesapeake Environmental center (abt a 12 min drive) which was a hidden treasure. The Chesapeake Outdoors (recommended by our host Jeremiah) was a great find for bait and info from the locals. Morning coffee on the patio and evening sunsets on the pier were some of my favorites, along with the spacious open floor plan (yet privacy with bedrooms). Jeremiah was super responsive and kind! We'll be back to kayak, fish more, enjoy the hot tub coming soon, the serenity and gorgeous sunsets! (maybe we'll even bring dad -LOL)
