Holiday rentals with a patio in Pasay City

Place was greater than we expected it! It was very clean and felt very homey. It being in the poblacion area, I was surprised that it was very quiet as well. Extremely close to the restaurants and bars so it was convenient as well. Thank you! Will definitely consider staying here again in the near future.

What u see is what u get. Rili looked like in d pix sa listings. Malinis, mabango, at bago ung unit. Responsive c host, so much. Complete ang mga paraphernalias. Highly recommended po sa mga naghahanap.

The place has everything we need. We truly appreciate the kitchen because my daughter has special diet. Robert provided fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, dishwashing liquid and tissue. The place has everything we could ask for. Plus the neighborhood is safe and walkable. All kinds of establishments are here.

The place was clean. We were expecting there would be some cockroach but surprisingly there wasn't any. It had enough stuff to live by and the host was really responsive. We had a great stay! :)

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

Friendly host and very clean place

I really enjoyed our stay here. the place was clean, comfortable and everything I needed. the location was very convenient and easy to get around. The jost was friendly and quick to repond I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend..

My family and I had a lovely couple of nights at the home. It was up to date and modern, light and airy and well kept. Gail and Conchinita were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and friendly.

It feels nasa probinsya talaga when entered. Lalo na ung amoy, very fresh tapos lalo na pg nagiihaw kayo. Worth it sya kc makakatipid ka sa transpo kasi within the metro lang talaga. Super ganda ng place at rooms! Perfect sya for me lalo na maarte talaga ako. Exceeded my expectation! Patrick was soo nice and hindi nya ko minamadali to pay for additional heads. Perfect!

Check-in and check-out were super smooth, and the room was really clean. I believe this place has a great view when the building lights are on. I’ll definitely come back during the season when the lights are on.

The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

I had a great stay at Ryan’s place! The unit is very comfortable and well-kept — perfect for relaxing after a day out. One of the best things is its location — just a short walk to Mall of Asia, which made everything so convenient, from shopping and dining to getting around. Ryan was also responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay near MOA!

Looked exactly like the pictures! Loved the care they put in making the place amazing 🤩 developers of the condo arent that friendly with guests tho but that isnt the host's fault. Just personally dislike SMDC's guest policy but thats just my opinion 🙂‍↕️ everything else is 10/10 would come back again!

This was our second stay here in just a month, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! The place is just as clean, cozy, and comfortable as the first time. Great place to stay! Very cozy and peaceful place. Also, the condominium is not crowded so there was no elevator traffic.

Deni was very proactive and clear with communication before check-in. The unit is in a great location, within walking distance of Mall of Asia. It was clean, well-organized, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which made our arrival stress-free. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches inside the unit that made the stay more comfortable. I stayed at Ian’s place for almost three weeks, and I had a great experience. The location is very convenient—close to malls and restaurants, making it easy to get around.
